We stopped by because it was late and we didn’t want to wait. At fist glance it seems like a humble place. You have to order or pay for the buffet and the prices were rather high in my opinion. I thought surely this will guarantee a good meal. I couldn’t find much that I would eat personally. It’s mainly American fried fare but it didn’t look very clean or fresh. Granted that it was late like 8-9pm but I couldn’t get past the idea that I paid so much to eat the buffet to only be able to consider eating one or two things. I was so frustrated because I am not the type to nag at an experience but for the price and quality, I feel robbed… The staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t tell anyone to visit. Hopefully it has improved since my husband and I went.

Just ate lunch today.. Excellent food choices.. I over stuffed and asked the waitress if I could take my extras home.. She went and got the manger.. Very lovely lady. I explained I had a gastric bypass.She took my ticket and refunded me for my meal..She said when we come back just show my medical card for a reduced meal cost.. Wow..THANK YOU SO MUCH.!!!. Great food and very clean.. Lots of choices of food.. And desserts… Great place to eat at.. Thank you..❤ ❤

Would have given them 5 stars but want happy about the carry out cups. To take my relating drink home the cup would have cost extra. Otherwise, it was very clean and the buffet didn’t look like hogs had eaten there. Love Ponderosa!

Selected the buffet only. The food was flavorful and fresh. Our server (Mary) was friendly and attentive, inquired several times if there was anything extra she could do. My wife and I both enjoyed our lunch at Ponderosa.

Very good food! Servers were friendly! The cook was rude when bringing a pan of food to replace and i tried to say something. No big deal i talk quietly so maybe it was just too loud in the restaurant. I was satisfied

Good atmosphere and the view of the farm land is beautiful. The waitresses are on their toes more than most other like restaurants i have been too. I got the same thing i always do , the hot bar and like always delicious. If you need to slow down and relax for a while this is the place for you.

We were there on Sunday Nov 24th for a birthday party for our 89 year old aunt, there were a lot of us and we kept the server busy refilling our drinks and she did a great job. Thank you sweetie. I just wish I would have gotten her name.

Was there for their breakfast bar. They had a very good selection of breakfast food. The Staff People are very friendly and if you ask for something special for a vegetarian they will make it for you. The dining room is very clean. I would recommend stopping by for a good meal.
