Pond deli is a gem. I was getting my car worked on in the area and got hungry on a whim, I got a chicken parm on a roll, it blew my doors off. One of the best chicken parm sandwiches ever and it was at a deli no less.

Got a bagel with cream cheese and some vegetable salad on it! Very delicious! The coffee is great as well! Medium coffee and a bagel sandwich for a little over $7! Can’t beat it!

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago to buy a tuna hero. Called in order and was ready when I got there. The men Harry and Nehra who work there are super nice and friendly!! 09-Aug-2023 Edit: Checked out new ownership. Place is cleaner and there seems to be more options, but the service is terribly slow. Not great if you are on a limited lunch break. I will say the new owners are super nice. Just be prepared to wait.

I want to start by saying that this is not a review of the food, but of the service provided to us.
I was in the area because I was in the process of moving things from one storage unit to another. While waiting for our moving trucks to arrive we decided to go to the local deli to grab a cup of coffee. I was with a group of 5 ranging in age from 22-60.
As we walked into the deli there was no one else either in front of me or behind me. Everyone was taking a second to look at the menu and the middle-aged woman behind the counter asked us what we wanted to order. We informed her that we were trying to decide. Now I understand if the place was crowed and we were holding up the line but there was literally no one else in the deli. She proceeded to ask us once again what we wanted and then proceeded to make faces at us!!!! She literally had her eyes rolling and moving her head back and forth as trying to imply that there was something mentally wrong with us. I have never in my life seen someone act so rudely to a customer. I have worked in both retail and the restaurant business and have had to deal with much worse than someone needing a minute to decide what they wanted to order. My aunt ordered a cup of coffee and the woman again got annoyed and made a face because she had not specified a size that she wanted. Again at this time there was still no one else in the store but us. We were not holding anyone up or trying to order something that was very complicated. I just don’t understand how you can work in a job where you have to interact with other people if this is how you are going to treat them.
I want to say that the gentleman that help us was very nice and provided good service, but purely based on the woman’s treatment of my family I will never be returning. That was horrible customer service and I don’t see the need to treat anyone like that when they have been given no cause to be treated that way.

Good food, with generous portions. Indifferent, seemingly depressed staff. To me, the most telling; a FILTHY dining room. The dining room floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in a week. With the dining room that dirty, it made me wonder what the kitchen looked like. That thought alone ruined my meal.

Great place you got guys. Food is very cheap and delicious . I live the mac with cheese and bacon its super delicious. Great staff in your place they are very accommodating and hospitable. I will recommend Pond Deli to my friends and relatives to dine in. keep uo the good work you guys.
