Clean bathrooms are a sign that the whole place is clean and I like my food made in a clean kitchen like this. The restaurant is beautifullly decorated and has service to dine in or to go. The large plate is a big portion, enough for two small eaters. They have delicious aguas frescas of different flavors. The dishes cooked there are well presented and very tasty, the chef makes them with love.

This is the best Puerto Rican food I’ve had so far in Rochester + there are some truly amazing options here. I got the cuban, mofongo w/ pork, and rice w/ meat + beans. I ate so fast and so much I almost made myself sick. I made noises that shouldn’t be made in public. I saw the angels for a minute. Besides the incredible food, the woman who owns + runs the place is so sweet. She offered to share her sofrito recipe w/ me and told me about the history of Ponce. Do yourself + your stomach a favor and give this place a try.
