My son wanted an Italian restaurant. So his aunts stumbled this one.
It has a vintage look. Which my sisters love.
The service was extremely friendly. The chef even cut the steak for us. …
The food was authentic Italian. It was delicious. We had a wonderful dinner.

Our first visit went very good. The food was delicious. The service was accommodating to our needs. They also took the time to explain the menu as well as giving us tips to help us gain the best possible cultural experience of authentic Italian food. They are still early opening and trying to figure the best menu for the Marion-Grant County area. I look forward to this place becoming a great restaurant in Marion. Enjoy the experience and give the owner feedback. He is very open.

Molto bello!
Regional Italian comfort food served in a century old mansion. It’s authentic food served with passion. Be adventurous with the menu and take your time and enjoy a leisurely experience like they do in Italy.
The Caprese was one of the best I’ve had in a while, the tomatoes were incredibly ripe.
The gnocchi pesto and lasagna were perfect!
Antonella’s dessert tray makes you want to order one of each.
Ohhh and real espresso pull served properly.
Grazie mille Maurizio!

Lovely atmosphere, amazing authentic food, excellent service… I can’t say enough great things about this place! We had the Gnocci al pesto, and a few of us enjoyed the lunch buffet. We will be back very soon, and I’ll be recommending Pompeii to everybody I know!

A welcome addition to Grant County! Authentic Italian cuisine with dishes drawing inspiration from every region. Handmade pastas and house baked bread. Come out and support a locally owned family run restaurant – you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely stunning property with the most cordial proprietors. You can see the passion they have put into the Villa and the Pompeii restaurant. I will be staying upstairs at Beatrice the Villa every time I visit Marion! It is inviting, quiet and very relaxing.
The restaurant is a great asset to Marion. Top notch!

We loved it! I hadn’t been back to Marion for 25 years and finding a nice place in Marion to take my aging aunt appeared to be a challenge. But we were more than pleased with Pompeii. The atmosphere of the restored century old mansion along with the wonderful intricacies of flavors in the food made this a wonderful dining experience. Maurciano and his family were a joy to meet.

Very disappointing. I only ate a couple of bites of the lasagna. It had grease sitting on top of it and it just was not good. The meal was very expensive for what it was. We never got the salad that was supposed to come with the other 2 meals we got (Paperdelle Monti)
My husband did not get a refill on his drink. The server was very sweet but also extremely overworked. She was seating tables, waiting on and serving all of the tables in the restaurant and prepping desserts etc. I will say the house it is located in is very beautiful. Maybe things will improve but after my first visit, I am very underwhelmed.
