Coffee is excellent, and the place is cute but gets very hectic in the morning, and pastries are just ok. You can get a cup of coffee and sit in the courtyard for a lovely experience. They also sell some packed cookies and nuts if you are looking for edible souvenirs or just want to grab something for later.

All of our orders came on/in paper plates and cups, but that was ok. The staffs were nice and polite. The place was very clean, and while our visit, I saw one staff coming out from behind the counter to clean out the trash and such. We had a nice afternoon snack here, high quality and tasty. I am glad we discovered another dessert place in the city!

Nice décor- colorful, well lit, cheery. It was packed when we went but the busy atmosphere gave it a vibrant, living feel. The baked goods left something to be desired though-in my opinion, too pricey for taste and quality. Tried the eclairs and chocolate tart and coffee. Maybe the savories are better.

Not the best way to pack cupcakes people! If you’re asking customers to pay close to $8.00 for a cupcake, you should invest in some boxes, and teach your staff how to package your items better! The staff was also in their own world, not friendly at all.

Love this dessert place and came here for desserts on a Friday. Chocolate mousse and Strawberry mousse were out of this world. Such a treat to the eyes and palette. Went really well with coffee.

Yes, this place is expensive. We spent over $140 on coffees, sandwich and some cookies but this is a patisserie located in a 5 star hotel.

6 stars go to the friendly staff here, everyday a service with a smile and they made a real fuss of our children.

Coffee was to our European taste, pastries amazing and the sandwiches very fresh.

Highly recommended!

Staff is pretty rude. Probably feels fancy working here? There was a pastry with no sign and I asked what it was and he said haughtily that the sign was there and then looked and it wasn’t and then told me what croissant it was. Could’ve at least blurted out a minor sorry.

Pastries themselves are nothing special. I think Starbucks is better to be honest. Fluffier and fresher. Not worth the money at all.

For coffee in a 5-star hotel… it was by for one of the worst coffees I have had. My husband and I couldn’t even finish it.

Lovely pastry shop in the Lotte hotel. The staff was very friendly. The half dozen macaron box makes good gift as they are wrapped in protective plastic boxes. 15 pretax is pretty pricy tho.

Extremely rude staff. They closed the shop in front of me 10 minutes before the closing time shown outside. Definitely agree with the other reviews.
