A family member has been telling me about Pomegranate for years. I was visiting Windsor for work, so I made a point of coming here for dinner, and it did not disappoint. I rolled with wonton soup, a couple of egg rolls and a mixed dish that included rice, noodles with a mix of fish, shrimp, chicken and pork. It was absolutely fantastic, and without question, the best Chinese cuisine I’ve had.
Best of all the staff was super friendly and frequently checked in, top up water, etc.
I HIGHLY recommend Pomegranate!!

This is my all time favourite Chinese food restaurant! I stumbled upon this place recently, and I’m already planning my next visit. The prices are super reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and quality of the food. What really stood out to me was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better. They were quick to offer recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed.

Picked up take out for my wife and I as we heard good things. Very disappointed! Overpriced, No flavour and portions were very small. Dishes had next to no meat and who uses canned mushrooms?. Will not be back and won’t recommend.

The first thing…when you enter the restaurant “an urine smell” slaps your face (most probably cause of wet carpets but this is not an excuse for a restaurant…you eat there lol).
Some waitresses questions (OMG!) just sat down to chair and gave us the menu and not even checked it…she started to asking “you decided?” LOL!
I’ve been just once at this place and 3 days long heartburn…already my expectation was not so high but foods are tasteless, so ordinary, not warm enough…there are lots of places in same category to eat and almost same prices…please go there guys! Pretty sure, they don’t use healthy oils and ingredients.
Hopefully; Canada or Ontario Health Assos. can hear our voices!

My wife and I have been coming here for many years, and we are never disappointed. The service when dining in is always excellent, but tonight, we ordered take-out. The gentleman who delivered our meal was on time and friendly. We ordered the General Tao, Crispy Beef, Chicken Balls, and stir fry noodles. Best Chinese in the city hands down. Thank you for the great quality and friendly service.

Unfortunately, our experience was different than the ones posted.
Our soup tasted old, no flavor. The egg rolls tasted like dirty carpet and the sauce they gave was extremely watery.
Our food came out hot but the taste was off. Something about our whole meal just didnt taste good.
After reading reviews I thought we’d have a better experience.

This gem was referred to us by our neighbour. My husband wanted to do Chinese for his birthday, so I asked our neighbour and he highly recommended this restaurant. Well he was so right! On a Wednesday night this place was packed, people coming and going, taking take outs, just hopping. We were so delighted with the service, food and prices. Now we want to do Chinese once a week. The best part that is down the street from us. Can’t say anything bad, just wonderful experience. Thank you!

This place literally has the best chinese food around. The family is always smiling and attentive. The food is flavourful, hot, and fresh. The prices are incredible. Egg rolls are a must try too. 1000/10 would recommend.
