This place is like a high end cuban cuisine. The atmosphere is luxury with awesome half moon tables that made our party of 6 very comfortable. The service was so sweet and on point! The food tasted fenomenal. We ordered a family cheese pizza, a club sandwich, a pan con bistec and 2 mamey smoothies. It was priceless to see my kids reaction when the waiter brought them the menu and crayons! My favorite part was how economical our bill came out for all the food we ordered. Very satisfied, and totally recommend coming here.

My family and I have been going to Polo Norte for many years! We love the Cuban pizza and spaghetti. There are tons of specials. The ice creams are yummy too! This location has expanded to fit more seating, indoors and outdoors. The servers are very kind. Mirianely served us and she gave exceptional service. The only area of improvement would be that at times the bread can be served cold.

I would highly recommend this particular Polo Norte ❄️ to anyone who is looking for not only high quality food, but also excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. In addition to offering a very “homey” outdoor seating area with numerous decorative plants, it’s the way you are welcomed and treated, that makes you want to come back, even before you’ve even tried the food (kind of like that well-known song from the television series CHEERS that talked about going to a place where “every knows your name” and “is very glad you came”). I, personally, have had a wonderful experience with everyone there. Roberto, the manager in the early shift, is wonderful…and in particular three young ladies (Ireilys, Ileana and Mayelin) offer a kind of service that is, in my opinion, unsurpassed. They are hard-working, very diligent, friendly, and extremely devoted to making sure you not only get exactly what you are looking for…but also…that any expectations you came to ❄️ , are even exceeded. What else can I say?–other than when I am looking for a place to relax, unwind, have a good time, enjoy good food and feel like you have become “part of their family”, El Polo Norte ❄️ de Kendall is DEFINITELY my place to go!

I come here often with my mom, and it’s always a treat. We absolutely love the ham lasagna and the ham pizza, both are favorites every time we visit. The croquetas de bacalao are also a great choice to start the meal. On our most recent visit, Dayanelis was our server, and she was wonderful, super attentive, sweet, and made the experience even better.
