The best pastries and croissants! We always order our special cakes and celebration goodies from Kelly and she always knocks it out of the park! She even did our businesses 10 year celebration dessert bar and it was all amazing and by the end of the day, pretty much gone!! Everyone loved the desserts!

Polly Sparrow is our favorite bakery in Lebanon! Kelly is an amazing pastry chef. I’ve gotten my past two birthday cakes from her and the cakes are the BEST ever. The pastries are amazing as well and you can’t get anything else like them around town. Kelly is beyond welcoming and makes you feel right at home at her bakery. Beth & Lily are amazing as well. Lebanon is beyond lucky to have Kelly feed us. We love Polly Sparrow and can’t recommend it enough.

Polly Sparrow blew it out of the water with my birthday cake. My husband was able to easily share his idea and specifics he wanted for the cake. He also communicated that I have an egg allergy which she was able to easily work around. This is the BEST egg-less cake I’ve ever had. She perfectly blended the design with amazing flavors of chocolate and coffee and I was so so happy with the result. Currently enjoying the small amount of leftovers we had as I write this. I’ve been to the Polly Sparrow Bakery dozens of times and never once been disappointed. The sweet treats are just as delightful as the savory creations, and I will always be grateful for the friend who let me in on the lady who made her kid’s super fun (and beautiful) birthday cake. The owner/baker Kelly has been behind all my family’s celebratory confections for over two years now, and I’m so glad she’s got a storefront to share her talents with the community. Bonus: she switches the menu constantly, so she and Beth have a bevy of seasonally delicious choices!

My all time favorite bakery, the owner is so kind and the atmosphere is wonderful. I’ve been here a few times and the food and pastries are always phenomenal, one of the cupcakes I wanted was sold out and she made me a couple when she heard me ask about them. Will always support this small business

Polly is so sweet, she gave us free bakery items in our order when we visited for the first time. I thought the whole experience of her shop was so lovely and then I got home and took a bite of my gluten free cupcake and oh my, it was the best gluten free cupcake I’ve had in my life! The icing and cupcake were both so soft and sweet. I couldn’t even get a picture, I ate it so quickly. Highly recommend this bakery for anyone gluten free or vegan!
