Ordered the whole chicken. It was juicy and tender. Flavor was ok. Hoping for more since they say they cook it over Mesquite.
Macaroni wasn’t good. No flavor and seemed old.

Really did not like it. Thought it would be traditional Sinaloa chicken but was not. Chicken was dry and to crispy. Tomato Salsa was to watery. No bean and rice is available like traditional Pollo place’s. Price is decent for two whole chicken with large sides of mash potatoes and salad.

You would think that with a pandemic going on cleanliness would be topnotch!! I have gone several times over the years before and never an issue. It’s new personal working there now before used to be an older gentleman and a younger girl, there’s different people now. I had been going for 3 times before today this past weeks and has been closed for some reason on working hours… anyways today was the day that it was open and I was very excited to eat my food because it’s good don’t get me wrong… but I get grossed out very easily so I won’t be coming back any time soon for the mean time..

The chicken was dry and the way it was served as if it was all the broken cut left over pieces. Little sharp bones almost in every bite. Dry and tortillas cold and feel apart easy, they lost ther pride

Flavor is not what it used to be, chicken is dry and strong taste of soy souce, yes soy source.
I guess one of their secret recipe is soy souce.
Not good at all, had to throw it away, I guess I’ll just have to go to San Luis Mex. for the authentic Sinaloa style chicken.
No wonder why this place is never busy…
