The food, specifically the fajita, has an amazing flavor with very soft texture. The prices were well balanced and not high at all and the staff got the food to your pretty quick. The only reason why i didn’t give it 5 stars is because the restaurant didn’t look as clean as it should be and gave out a fast-food vibe instead. Overall really great food.

Delicious roasted chickens. They are super fresh and full of flavor. I walked in and thought that it would be a long wait. I got my chicken then and there no wait time. The cashier was very nice and accommodating. The prices are super cheap and you can feed about 5 people with 2 whole chickens. I do wish they gave you more rice with your orders.

This Pollo Regio is not convicing. If you don’t have any other option then try it, otherwise Kroger deli’s chicken felt like it taste better. The portions are small. My plate was the 2 piece chicken that came with Rice, beans, tortillas and a small whole onion. The rice was very dry and some pieces were hard, I like my rice a bit moist. The beans were still hard, although the seasoning was ok. The Tortillas were warm, NOT hot. Everything was warm, not sure how i feel about that. Customer service is great! No complaints there. I feel this is owner fault, they need to season things more and put flavor and care in the food. Don’t worry about numbers, people will come with great flavor. Needless to say, I will NOT be coming back here again.

Food is not made to order. It is made way in advance and kept in a warmer. Chicken was dry and bland, fajita meat had too much seasoning(salty) and tortilla and beans were warm not hot. If you like lukewarm chicken and fajitas, then this place is for you. Not worth the $$ paid for our dinner.
