The manager, Eduardo, always makes us feel welcome. He greets us personally and ensures we are well taken care of. The positive impact he has on his team is clear in both the quality of the food and how smoothly the kitchen operates. We also recently noticed the new renovations — the updated color scheme and interior design are a great touch.
When you see familiar faces coming in again and again, you know a place is doing something right. Eduardo and his team have created an environment that keeps us wanting to return. We always look forward to coming back, and I highly recommend this location. I am confident you won’t be disappointed.
When I got to the window to pay, I asked for cilantro garlic sauce and BBQ sauce. I was told they were out of both. Because I don’t want my meal without sauce, I asked for a refund. The employee said nothing, walked away, and then suddenly returned with cilantro garlic sauce after previously saying they were out. When I again asked for BBQ, she insisted they were out — even though I could clearly see other employees preparing BBQ sauce containers in the back.
On top of that, they were out of almost all drink options. The overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. After handing us our food, the employee slammed the drive-thru window.
There is no reason for customers to be treated like an inconvenience, especially an hour before closing. If you’re open, customers should be able to order and receive respectful service. The lack of communication, the inconsistency about items being “out,” and the obvious frustration shown toward us made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This location seriously needs better management and customer service standards. I hope corporate addresses this because this was unacceptable.
