The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken portions were extremely small and completely dry. The black beans had no flavor at all. The pork sandwich was basically just bread, with barely any pork inside. Portions were so small they looked like kids’ meals. The presentation was awful, and to make it worse, everything was served on cheap foam plates—honestly, it doesn’t get worse than that. I will never come back here, nor will I visit any other Pollo Tropical location again.

The dinning area has been recently remodeled. My only feedback about it is that it would be nice to be able to set up the small tables to make a large table (for groups), and I miss the colors of the previous decor.

A special shoutout to Brendon, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcomed. Customer service like that makes a huge difference. Highly recommend this location — we’ll definitely be back!

This pollo tropical will always be my favorite. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, and the service was even better. Arianna (one of the employees) really stood out because she was incredibly quick, efficient, and professional while still being friendly. She kept everything moving smoothly and made the whole experience stress-free. Employees like her make a big difference, and I’ll definitely be returning AGAIN.

This is hands down my favorite Pollo Tropical location! The food is always fresh and flavorful, especially the bowls they’re so good and always made perfectly. I seriously wish they would make the coconut shrimp a permanent staple on the menu because it’s that good. Also, Brendan is top-tier! He’s always super helpful and makes every visit a great experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I ordered a bowl and they didn’t give me what I wanted!! But the manager on duty right away took care of me. I was so impressed with that. Because I went in with an attitude, but it wasn’t their fault. I was ordering from a picture, not by the name, So it was really my fault, I realize you have to think before you react and that was my experience today. I thank the manager and the system manager for helping me out today and I will think before I react. Thank you so much you guys are amazing we need more people like you guys.

Came here a bit late, a young gentleman by the name of Jose attended my order. I had a large group that was a bit of a handful to handle. After a lot of back and forth with orders. Jose keep it professional, my order came out perfect.
I also got to give to the cook and the workers doing the night shift amazing people all around.

I went yesterday at about 830pm. The cashier was not friendly. Customer Service skills need to be added to her resume after she takes training because she does not have them. Management please train this young lady. They did not have cilantro sauce, or bread for the sandwiches.
