Picked up around 9:30 ordered 1 chicken sandwich and one grilled chipotle didn’t get the grilled chipotle so that was the first mistake didn’t really care much but THIS I JUST DEVOURED THIS RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH RAW?!?! Well I hope I don’t get serious health problem from eating it RAW guess I’ll find out soon.

I was there yesterday at 5.50pm 6.11.2024 the cashier was awesome. Always checking in my mobile order make sure I got everything on my bag. This is great customer service that will be 10 of 10. I placed a catering order for pick up at this location. I called into pollo tropical to even place the order. The guy who helped place the order was nice enough to put me on hold while calling this location to make sure they can complete my order and to see what time is the best time to pick the food up. He then told me he spoke with the manager who stated I could get the food at 7:30pm. I get to this location at 7:30pm and asked someone behind the counter to see if my order was ready she went to tell other coworkers and never came back to update me on what is going on. I waited until 8:00pm and still wasn’t able to get an answer about my order. I asked for a manager and the manager Weslamd never came up to speak with me or tell me what is going on. All I kept getting was “hold on” and “I don’t see an order.” I had the receipt on my phone and was trying to give it to them. The only person who cared to look at my receipt was the person at the register who confirmed I was at the correct location and the order was placed by pollo. I kept asking to just tell me what is going on because I had other food to pick up and being here over 30min was messing up my plans. I even asked to just refund me my money at this point but was told they can’t refund me my money. All I wanted was an answer on if the food was ready or not so I could of left and came back but instead they rather not answer me, ignore me, and say they didn’t see the order. Mind you when I first came in to ask about the order all I said was I was here to pick up my order of rice. The manager even said the order of white rice for 10 people. Clearly if you know what kind of rice and how many people especially then you seen the order. I will never cater from here again and will never recommend them for catering. I am beyond disappointed with this location. I even called and spoke with pollo customer service who confirmed the order is placed at this location and had to apologize for the inconvenience. My food was not ready until 8:30pm an hour after I was supposed to pick the food up.

The service and The service and management were extremely poor. I placed an online order at 6:40 PM, and it was marked as “order ready.” However, I arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 PM and found five people waiting in front of me, . The employee informed me that the chicken was not ready at 7:05 PM. I finally received my order at 7:30PM, but the chicken was not well-cooked. I believe that the restaurant was in a rush to fulfill orders, which resulted in a lack of attention to detail. is horrible

One of the cleanest location Pollo Tropical have in the area. Ordered the Half Chicken Platter Special ($8.99) and a small Chicken Tropichop. Chicken was perfectly grilled, and everything else were fresh and tasty.
However, two of the staffs at front counter were bickering at each other constantly, thankfully both were friendly and helpful to customers.

Twice I have gotten drive thru and twice I have been disappointed. Both times they got my order wrong or left something out. So disappointing. I will avoid this branch in future. Check your order thoroughly!!!

I will never go back to this location. The chicken was undercooked/raw and the beans were watery. I tried contacting customer service and never got a call back. I should be completely refunded for a meal I had to throw away since it was inedible.

Was here yesterday and worst service ever . I get Sunday’s are busy but treating people in a bad way isn’t necessary. 2 girls in the front had the worst attitude if a customer asked about the status in their food . I placed my order around 7:55 and didn’t leave the place until 8:45 . Do not recommend coming here at all . There has been better location with better staff . My chicken was bloody and disgusting.

I always go to pollo tropical for lunch at Delray Boca area no complaints. Today I was working in lakeworth went to pollo tropical for lunch, chicken was raw inside. This is a safety issue. I think it should be reported to health department.
