I’m hangry now, I eat here all the time and usually love the food. But this is completely un acceptable! My chicken sandwich looks PUNY, and it’s $8! Stack another patty on that bad boy, c’mon now. Look how small it is compared to a pickle!

Just ordered delivery. Got the Loaded tropichop with Chicken and pork it was amazing and the chicken cooked perfectly!! The Ropa vieja tostones were AMAZING!! and as usual the plantains were perfect!! I live in Broward and have a Pollo 2 minutes from my house but don’t order because the quality and service is horrible!! This store even got all of my sauces correct and I order a bunch!! Like it saucy!!! I will definitely return when I am in Jupiter!!!

I used to live in South Florida and truly mis Pollo Tropical. The chicken with rice and black beans are my goto items along with fried plantains. The fried yuka used to be good but now they are too mushy.

Very good and new items that were tasty – the pork quesadilla was very well done, savory. Service was great and place was vry clean — note that nothing was self service including utensils, napkins, soda fountain or sauces. I used to love that sauce and topping bar … but they were generous with sauces when asked!

The service here was good. It is a “fast food” experience but the food offerings are all mexican comfort food inspired. Dishes rang from a choice protein with white rice and black been to chicken sandwiches and potato wedges. The quatro leches dessert was good but not recomended for anyone who has issues with food textures.

We came from the beach ..it was late for lunch three pm early for dinner , and most of the restaurants in Juno or Jupiter open at 4 pm .. I did remember Pollo Tropical because a friend told me it has new dishes, drinks .. We entered music was too loud or Im getting old ( well don’t we all ) we were eating inside , it was empty , employees were helpful in our two languages of course English , Spanish.. Chicken was rostered a perfection , yuca frita ( Fried yuca is a most if a person does not have taste ..) I am not a black bean and white rice eater.. I was hungry so I tried and greatly ate it all! The manager was not that nice explaining that music can not be lowered.. my friend suffers cause the noise , autistic kids or people with some issues wont be comfortable eating inside..but taking out is a good option with a drive through…
