Best pollo tropical. I got the half chicken with rice . SOOO good flavor is always consistent and the cilantro lime sauce just hits every time. Best service at this location, they take care of you here with a smile. Something I can not say about other locations

Confesse I was scare after reading all the comments but all people around Deerfield beach only told me good things about this restaurant and all the times that I order thought uber eats the food was excellent, very tasteful, very clean, fresh no problems at all. I left/lost my phone in the bathroom of this Pollo Tropical. Took me about 2 hours to notice. I went back completely hopeless bc the place was super busy. To my surprise (+ to restore my faith in people ) an employee found it , told only the other employees and kept it in inside waiting for the owner to claim it. I cant believe I got my phone back! I would love to post his name here but I was so tense I cant recall it. It starts with an R , it’s an unusual name. So, 100% 5☆ to this store for hiring him and the staff working there tonight. Oh , and the food is good too!! Grilled chicken quesadilla wrap and quatro leches are the best !! Thank you, young R !!

Gross!!! Picked up food the other night for me and my son. He found hair ALL in his food. After 3 pieces stuck everywhere, he threw the whole thing out! What a waste and so freaking gross!! This place is going downhill. – reached out and no one ever responds!

We frequently order directly from your website to ensure no errors, but there are errors every time. This is the second time we ordered delivery in the last couple of months, and this is the second time food is missing. You cannot call, your receipt does not have the Missed Visit Code to add through to your account in order to receive a refund. It is completely unfair and unacceptable to steal from your customers. This Pollo tropical save the day. I had a catering order that was canceled by another restaurant. Last minute ran in here and they made 30 choppy chops less than five minutes. Amazing service amazing quality.

I goto this place 3-4 times a week. My favorite here is Tropichop. Most of the time I take drive through and its always busy around lunch time. Its easy to order on drive through. They have a large menu up there. They didnt mention any sauces there but you can always ask at the window while you take your food. They serve nicely. Sometimes they messup my order but its fine as I go so many times a month.

Visit this location on a regular basis, the location is great the staff is very friendly and welcoming especially the assistant manager Luis who will help you with any questions and minor issues. Went there on Tuesday and I didn’t get the beans that comes with my order and he was there to help out, he has excellent customer service skills which you don’t experience in other places.

This is sad to write because pollo has such good prices and is so close to my office. I ordered curbside pick up and realized it was going to take a while for them to come out so I walked in to let them know I can pick up inside instead. The cashier was already yelling at the lady in front of me so I figured I wouldn’t have the best attitude but have never experienced anger and yelling from any employee or man in my life. Employees tried calming him down and he still continued to yell at customer behind me. A grown man no matter what should never yell at any woman especially at work. To top it off, my bowl was soaked with beans that I tried removing but was not able to be saved. Last time I go there, that is where I draw the line. The picture you see is the beans even after I took half of my bowl out into the trash.
