Been going here for years. HORRIBLE service in the drive thru every time. I’m as polite as can be and the kids act like they want to kill your or you are bothering them. No steak in my steak bowl. I basically paid for rice and beans when I ordered a steak bowl. I’m tired of bad treatment and low quality food when prices are THIS high. Never again.

As soon as we walked in, we were able to order. We ordered 4 different sandwiches and a pineapple drink. That was it and we didn’t have anyone order before us. There is no reason it should have taken 20 minute to get our order. During that time of waiting we cleared/cleaned a table to eat at, as nothing was wiped down. Bathrooms were discussing aswell. The employees did seem nice, but were extremely unorganized. When we finally got our food it was hot and tasted good, but nothing special, it was a bit on the dry side. Overall, this isn’t a place we will be going back to.

You are in the drive through forever just for them to get the order wrong. They remake it and it’s worse.
I said no tomatoes. They put it. I brought it back to the and they just scooped it out. One day they will find someone with an allergy and that would not be funny at all.

They suck. Every time. Never again sending for lunch here. They never get it right and don’t seem to care to do so. This time they couldn’t manage to even place a full portion of food in the order. Half a portion! The yuca fries were more like lumps, soggy and rubbery. The sauce that was ordered with the bowl, they figured I really didn’t even want it, so screw it, don’t pack it. Every time with this place. Look at the menu picture for the bowl and look at how they “serve” it. Ordered brown rice, nope, we’ll send them whatever we have laying around that’s easy to scoop. Skip this location at all cost and maybe they’ll learn to care about what their customers expectations and experience, compared to what they’re delivering is causing at the cash register.

I went through the drive thru I ordered a steak platter I got the most burnt flimsy pieces of steak ever. The portion was atrocious too, they even forgot to put the chimichurri. Very disappointed not even worth your money, eating the steak is like biting into a BURNT piece of cardboard. I can’t even eat the platter I paid for.
