I bought 3 half chickens for my workers’ food and one of them was still bleeding, the worker was vomiting all the time because of this, the beans only fill the pot only up to half I don’t know why they are saving the beans, rn all tropical chickens sell you enough beans for your food and not here …. I ordered ahead of time on the app and when I pulled ahead to the drive thru, they informed me it wasn’t ready yet and to pull forward. I was sitting there for 20 minutes, called the store and they told me someone was coming out with my food. Another 10 minutes passed and I went inside to see my order just sitting on the counter in a sealed bag and with the order incomplete inside of it. I had to ask for the extra items which were missing and the whole order took a total of about 40 minutes to pick up. Completely unacceptable.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful with the selections of our food. The place is very clean and kept well. When you walk in it doesn’t feel like you’re walking into a greasy fast food place!! The cashier Deyonide was very helpful and also listened very carefully to the details of our orders. She was very friendly and also very welcoming, which is kind of weird in a fast food restaurant environment. She is definitely someone to hold to treat dearly when it comes to Customer Service not a lot of people understand what that entitles however a previous business owner/restaurant owner. I would definitely hire her and probably promote her soon.
Mirline was also extremely helpful and complacent to our order, our food was carefully placed and looked so appealing that of course you wanted to eat it. The best part of it all of this is that even though this is just a one review I’ve been there multiple times and it’s the same over and over. Of all the Pollo tropical in South Florida. I gotta say this one has to really stick out and most likely be the best one I’ve been to. I’m glad I’m very close by because that means that that will be my landmark this type of food which is very typical for me because I come from Latin.
It’s very difficult to understand that’s even the littlest things make a huge difference. And this one definitely marked me to the point where I am doing this review not because I was asked, but because I truly believe that they need to know how good they are doing . Keep it up.

Bad incident ….found a rusty screw at least 2 inches long melted into the cheese in the quesadilla wrap. Of course the store will gladly take your money and serve you subpar food, but when it comes to time to complain and request a refund, they tell you to contact corporate well after spending $20 in the drive-through on the premises I have to first contact corporate for a refund and walk away with food that’s inedible. I don’t think so. Tried calling and talking to the manager. Epic fail, tried calling corporate who will now start a case and determine if wait for it if they will get me a refund, I’ll be escalating further and higher. They should feel lucky all I was asking for was a refund. And yes, I have the receipt and photos.

I come to this pollo all the time and thenlast 2 weeks have been aggravating, clearly getting my order wrong when i clearly say what is i want and it is extremely simple as to what i order, i let it go, but today i got the 2 “TWO” boneless chicken breast platter and what i got was 1 “ONE” chicken breast cut in half to make it the equivalent of two chicken breast, assuming because the piece was bigger than their usual chicken breast size lmaooo insane

Store #10248 This store is HORRIBLE. Yesterday, at about 7:30 I went to the drive thru for family dinner. The woman in the drivethru was very courteous. However my food was stale. The beans were halfway full and smell like sewage. The brown rice was hard like a rock. So dinner was ruined by pollo tropical.
