It was our first time visiting Pollo Tropical and we had a great experience. The customer service was excellent — the ladies at the front made it feel like a home away from home. The food was really good. We ordered the BBQ pork combo, the All-The-Way crispy chicken, and the steak and avocado chicken salad. You definitely have to try the Quattro Leche cake it’s so good!

I needed to make a quick stop here to try a wrap and the coconut shrimp for the first time. Please I was hungry. The food was great. I was surprised that the shrimp taste so good. I only ordered 3 shrimp to try and I must say I enjoyed every bite of the coconut shrimp. I definitely will be purchasing again. The wrap was very good too.

I usually get a 1/4 or a 1/2 grilled chicken, cheesy yuca bites, and their soup. The soup will always be a HIT! It’s so delicious the only down side is I had no corn and one piece of chicken in the large size but it was still delicious. They also messed up my order and I had to go back but it wasn’t much of a hassle since I’m not far but it would of sucked if I would of drove miles only to realize I had no rice with my order

Always good but the last few months it’s been AMAZING. Customer service is greeting with happiness and the new manager is great always cleaning and staying busy with the restaurant. All I have to say is look at the photos. Thx you pollo.

If I had a dollar every time my order was correct, I’d have zero dollars. The food is tasty. But something is always wrong. Either they forget the guacamole you paid extra for, or sauces. Or they add beans when it’s no beans. Or sometimes you get the surprise of someone else’s order entirely. I would love the ability to be able to order to-go and not wait a second time for them to fix something. The quality of food is lost with the inconvenience of babysitting every single time.

I go for lunch with a friend once we are done with class, we always get great service and food. The only complaint I have is that there needs to more pork in the tropichop and to change something in the cilantro sauce, it kind of tastes weird. I have been there on more than one occasion so I have a few pictures. Definitely at its price a better alternative to the chipotle near by (which they are very light handed on everything in the bowl).

Omfg the homemade juice is real mango juice, like from the fruit itself and not a concentrate. I am emotional for the juice and the food, how perfect it came out. Like if we were at the bufef at the presidential White House. Just amazing.

Cleanliness: The building is kept up, not always super clean but considering the volume of people that come and in and out – – it’s fine 6/10
Food: The food is fresh, delicious, and cheap BUT it’s a hit or a miss when it comes to the quality of the chicken, sometimes they’ll give you a freshly grilled chicken and other times you get a dry chorcoal mess – – I always ask for them to replace the chicken if it’s too dry or over cooked and you should too 8/10
Staff: The staff is friendly and attentive. Lacking some training but overall great 9/10
Overall this place is one my favorite spots for grilled chicken. The price is unbelievable: full chicken, rice, beans, bread, and a side of Mac n cheese came out to 16$
