Great take-out experience.
We picked up food here and everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the food was flawless, and although the team mainly spoke Spanish, communication was easy and pleasant. A simply perfect dinner.

This was the absolute worst service for me at ANY pollo tropical the rice was mushy….. i had a tripichop pork no onions its like they forgot the pork the corn was overcooked the tomatoes looked liked my 3yr old nephew cut up.

There was a long line. Hasn’t had pollo tropical in over 20 years. They messed up my order and shorted me the sweet plantains. The food was good though. Forgot to take a picture.

Horrible location. Always poor service and attitude from workers here. We have been sitting in line waiting to order like everybody else and had to wait even longer because a worker, by the name of Kitchner decided to skip us, as we were next to order at the drive thru and instead went to take the order of another car that was clearly not in line. After skipping us he then, took our order and then let another car in that wasn’t in line to cut in front delaying us from paying for our meal next and grabbing our food. The worker had an attitude telling us we had to allow two cars to skip ahead of us who were clearly not in line. We told him to please not have any more cars skip ahead of us and he just gave us a dirty look. Just very inconsiderate of people’s time and just plain rude. I wouldn’t recommend going through the drive through, the workers will pick and choose who they take orders from without a care who’s next or actually in line.

It’s crazy how I’m ordering my food, paid for it, and had part of my order missing. So I drive back to get my order fixed, for the person that gave me my bag to argue with me about my order. They don’t speak English so it’s a language barrier between us and they talking shit about me in Spanish in my face. The manager then comes and gives me my missing food for her to say something in Spanish to them when I’m walking out. It’s crazy.
