I recently visited Pollo Tropical on 7 NW and 57 Ave in Miami, and while the food was, as always, flavorful and satisfying, the overall experience was marred by poor customer service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, which led to slow service and a lack of attention to detail. It’s disappointing because the food is usually great, but customer service really makes or breaks a dining experience. I hope they can improve in this area because I’d love to come back!

We ordered through Uber eats and they forgot part of our order and sauces! I’ll be uploading the receipt from Uber eats along with my review, the food was ok, the beans we got were really watery and a little bland, my yucca bites were cold, as for the chicken bowl I got, it was okay it needed some salt, I probably wouldn’t order here again or with Uber eats we’ve had issues with them in the past, we were really hungry and forgot to check our receipt and order.
I did enjoy the guacamole and garlic sauce that was delicious.
We never received our other chicken bowl, guacamole, guava sauce, garlic sauce, and tostones.

The food was amazing!!! It was on point. The customer service was horrible. They refused to put the pork on another plate (we shared our meal and one of us doesn’t eat pork). We ordered and others were served before us. They would put our food on the tray then take it off and give it to another person. Overall great food.

As far as fast places go, Pollo Tropical is pretty decent. Reasonable prices and pretty good chicken. But probably the best part are their sauces. We like the cilantro based one the best.
Pretty easy place to park and get in and out of as well. It seems like the drive through lanes are usually pretty busy in this chain.
