I have come to this location every day for the past 20 years. Lately the night crew just doesn’t care. I have kindly asked more than 5 times for them to toast the chicken quesadilla wrap because they ALWAYS GIVE IT TO ME COLD with the cheese super cold and not melted. It gets really tiring having to ask multiple times to get something done how it’s meant to be done all to have the employees really not care.

This food looks pathetic. They messed up everyone in my group’s order. There was not even a single order that was correct. This is absurd they should not even be in business. Bc I do not play abt my food. I want to eat good and now I’m eating garbage because people who are getting paid to do their jobs cannot seem to do them properly. And that is what pisses me off. Everyone that worked on this order deserves to be fired. AI and robots could’ve made my food and put together the food better than they did. At this point I’m so done. This review is for all Pollo Tropical locations. Their corporate strategy is less for more; less food for more money. Prices have increased to the point where you might as well go to a regular Cuban restaurant to eat or order takeout. The small spoonful of rice, drop of beans, and smallest portions of chicken I’ve ever seen (maybe they’re serving baby chickens) won’t even satisfy a child’s hunger, much less an adult. Be prepared to complain everytime you are served food in order to get more, but be nice it’s not the employee’s fault. Also, always check the food as they often get the orders mixed up and forget to add items you ordered. The staff has okay customer service and seem to be overwhelmed most of the time. This review reflects not one single visit, but rather multiple visits in the past 12 months at multiple locations in Miami-Dade. Pollo Tropical’s corporate priorities are clearly finances before customers.

If I can give it zero stars I can. We order a half a chicken with French fries along with a chicken sandwich grilled. The crew member said that the fries have to be made and it’s everything you order a half a chicken for example they don’t want to make fries causing us to go wait outside in the parking lot. Other fast food establishments never had problems with the fry machine it’s only you that has a issue.

This is a shame how this Pollo Tropical change your order at their convenience. Every time I order trough Uber I miss items in my order, or when I’m lucky I get something I did not ordered, and of courses priceless than the missing item. Check yourself the picture and tell me if that looks like a whole chicken?????? The last time I order on this specific location.

Very bad food. One was burned and the other was just as burned. Very bad customer service, they should improve the food. It’s for people not animals and even then animals don’t deserve it. Please, a little more respect for your job . 2 orders and none of them were worth it.
