Yesterday I ordered from the one close to my house and I got 2 side salads for each meal. Total 4. Salads were brown as hell. Today i go to a different one. Ordered the same exact thing. While the salad was a little better. They forgot my second order of chicken breast platter. Wth is going on!

One star because 0 stars is not an option. This restaurant serves trash. I ordered a (white meat chicken breast) quarter chicken meal and received bones and a dried up wing. I can’t believe this is even legal. I feel like they stold my money. This is my first time at this location, and I will never ever go back to it and probably not another location either. This food chain has lost all of their quality and is serving the bottom of the barrel food. This restaurant should be shut down. STAY AWAY FROM HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Came with like 6 pieces of chicken the messed up my order by putting white rice instead of brown rice. They gave me a hard time to get an extra sauce. Because they gave me one sauce for the yuca bites and one sauce for my rice and chicken.

This place can’t get orders right and when they do get it right. Your is food badly prepared. Ordered 4 sandwiches and this what we got. When does melted cheese go on top of lettuce and under your chicken. They need to remove ALL managers and get new people in there. Also, this is NOT the first time … it’s like no one cares how customers get their food at this Pollo Tropical… Update 9/12/18: after 2 months of waiting for coupons from Corporate for horrible food and service. Everytime I come here it’s some disaster. Either chicken isn’t ready or there is no chicken but the fried chicken.
Thursday I was told to wait 15 min for my chicken. I even asked for it well done.
Not even 2-3 minutes go by and they have my order ready by my car.
I’ve been in the bathroom with food poisoning since. Come to find out it was shut down last month. Dumpster fire of a location. That was my last attempt at pollo tropical from that location.
Ruined weekend plans, and all.
