I stopped by my favorite chicken chain for a family lunch to go. As opposed to using the drive thru, which seemed a mile long. I stopped inside. No, wait to place my order, but you can see they were working hard behind the counter. Stopped in the restroom, which could have used some cleaning, but it was the middle of the day. The restaurant itself was clean. The interior of this location is massive. Definitely could use a self-serve sauce bar. When my order was up, I asked for pineapple rum sauce and cilantro garlic sauce. I was given 3 rum sauces and told they have to get the cilantro sauce. I asked for more and maybe I should have been louder but we were both distracted by another employee speaking to us both saying there is no cilantro sauce because she didn’t have time to get it from the back. I said I was fine with waiting, but she refused to get it. This, and the fact that all of them only spoke spanish is the reason for the 3 star on service. If I had my wife order, they wouldn’t have understood her. Someone came to the counter to ask for plates, and I had to translate it for them. Maybe if you’re a front counter employee, you should know some English? This is on the managers, not the employees. No music playing and such a large space is the reason for a 3 star atmosphere.

This used to be such a good brand,its sad to see what they’ve become, the food isn’t the same, restrooms always dirty,and the service keeps getting worse. I really hope they can make some much needed improvements and get back to the superior brand they used to be.

Usually good but yesterday the black beans was all sauce, hardly any beans. It was take out. Also , the young lady taking orders outside talking extremely fast and mumbling. Irritating.

When we arrived there wasn’t anyone out front that spoke English, so the cashier had to go find the one person who could speak English.
He seemed to be overwhelmed and took our order quickly, then left.
It still took a few more minutes to get our food, which was still a little mixed up due to language barrier I would say.
The tables were empty and soiled, I had to request for them to be cleaned.
Bathroom I could not use for lack of cleanliness, I was not up to health and safety standards.

Worst experience ever! Starting off with our cashier Francia. Very rude and curt, I tried to explain I wanted a tropi chop with veggies and denied it. And then her whole customer service was very degrading, her attitude. Aspect and everything. In addition, to unethiclal attention, while I was eating my plate, I see a HAIR inside the chicken. Literally, how can this day get any worse! Disgusting.

Sooo good. Salad is always freah and chicken nice and crispy. They remodeled the dining room so there is fewer seats but great for the long lines that sometimes bunch up at lunch time. Always clean and the condiments are in push pumps so less mess. Try their hot sauce it is delicious and the soups are typically fresh and hot. Also you can ask them to cook the chicken less or longer depending on how you like the skin.
