After a few months I decided to comeback and look for improvement. After a long morning at RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC went out to pick up some food to replenish my depleted energy. And so I came to pollo tropical at the 49th street location in Hialeah, Fl. Went in and saw new staff as well as new management. Jessica was a great host, friendly, helpful and I ask if the manager was insight. I meet Wilson and told him of the bad experience I had in the past and that I was a firm believer that they would embrace change. And so they did and I had an amazing experience, highly recommend them to you, your family and friends

I came to this Pollo Tropical Yesterday besides the long wait In the drive thru (about 20 mins) the chicken was dry and burnt ! While chewing a piece of chicken I thought I had a piece of bone turned out to be a staple awful and very very bad situation. I’m glad it happened to me and not one of my kids .I definitely will never return to this restaurant.

My recent visit to that place was unpleasant. Firstly, the room was closed, they have been like that for a long time, I don’t know the causes. Secondly, I ordered a Family Meal that I paid 20 dollars for and the chicken looked like a pigeon, also it had no taste of anything without seasoning and overheated This was one of my favorite places, by the way I don’t recommend Lis, it’s a bag.

We ordered online at 6:15 pm and the order came up as ready by 7:30pm which we didn’t chose that time the app chose for us. Then we went thru drive thru cause signs said lobby closed then went through drive thru waited for 10 min then drive thru said go inside then we went inside @7pm they said order not reat till 7:30 cant cancel an pay inside then have to go back though drive thru if you want to reorder to have buy now what a mission even the guy through the drive thru said he couldn’t check to see if order was ready. I mean they could at least treat customers with better service not cool I hate complaining but this really was not cool

The cuban sandwich with the crispy chicken and ham is surprisingly tasty. It has just the right amount of crunch. The shrimp creole meal left me wanting for more. I got 10 shrimp, 1 scoop of rice, and a condiment size corn. This is a snack, not a satisfying meal. The seasoning on the shrimp is delicious. The rice was good but the corn was bland. If I eat here again, I’ll only order the shrimp with extra seasoning.
