They never have any steak; my order always looks like scraps, and my yuka is old and cold. The location by H Mart is 1000× better. I don’t mind paying for food, but this feels like a robbery. I’ve been a cook for 18 years. I can tell when cooks have no pride and no shame.

We decided to drop in on Wednesday 1/14/25 at 4:14 pm. Let me start out by saying, the young man named Steven that is up front was very sweet and egar to help. He was cleaning the lobby, taking orders, checking on everyone to see if they needed something. He is definitely a good worker! The other workers were more worried about coddling a woman’s kid that came in instead of working. At one point 3-4 women workers were in the lobby instead of working.
Now on to the food…on our visit we got a crispy chicken sandwich with fries, a trio platter with white rice and black beans, and a order of cheesey plantains bites.
When our order was given to us we only received the trio, black beans, and sandwich. They let us know that they were waiting on the fries and plantains to cook. Cool fresh food! Nope. We got the fries and they were cold and hard. We decided to over look it and continue eating. The chicken sandwich was super thin with mostly breading. The trio chicken had no flavor whatsoever and was very dry. To be honest the best part of the trio was the black beans.

The food here is really good. It was nicely seasoned and tasty.
Chicken was crispy and I enjoyed the variety of sauces they had e. Very spacious and disabled friendly. I am normally with my disabled crew and walkers and canes can move though there with ease.

Great place to eat, the food was very good and the place very clean. Great staff also. Yei took care of me she was very attentive to my requested and with great customer service along with the rest of the team. I strongly recommend this place if you want a good meal and clean environment .

Totally horrible, we had a whole chicken, it was probably laying the whole day on the grill, we ordered extra potatoes wedges $4.39 totally dried out, didn’t even try to eat it, the pulled pork came in a little carton 125 grams at a price of $5.99, the black beans came in a bigger bowl, it was filled for 80% with juice, the 3 little buns were also dry.
This is really the worst meal, I ever had, and it came with a price of : $32.34

Absolutely the worse service. The whole staff last night October 24th were too concerned about an issue with a gentleman that it was complaining for not being helped and because he was waiting for a long time. When it was our turn, even the woman on the register was looking to see what was going on with the other customer. When finally she decided to take our order, she was so rude to me, that my 16 year old daughter had to talked to her like she was a child. Then instead of getting our order ready, they were all paying attention to that customer complaining. One of the cooks saw us, and she decided to have one of the young staff members help us. It took about 30 minutes to get our To Go order ready. When we were leaving the Drive Thru was all backed up. They definitely need better staff. Then when we got home, the side order of fries, only had 6 fries. ♀️ ♀️ unbelievable. What a waste of money and time. Never again. We noticed last night that at this location at least, they do not like to help people that do not speak spanish.

We’re truckers delivering at the big lots in the morning. We look around and read reviews, to see what we want to eat. These reviews weren’t too good, but we still decided to try this Pollo tropical! Our food was good! He ordered his regular tropic chop with brown rice boneless chicken red beans tomato onions and he enjoyed it.I got the avocado cilantro chicken salad and it was very good. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. We would come back again

The chicken was delicious and the sauces were great. The cashier suggested a sweet deal for 5.99 half chicken and 1 side we took advantage of. The plantains were awesome and the fried yucca was really tasty. The service was quick and nice. Will come back.
