Great experience at Pollo Tropical. Ordered a 1/4 chicken platter and a boneless platter with white rice and black beans, plus fried yuca and plantains — everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was juicy, sides were well portioned, and the order was accurate. Service was quick and friendly too. Definitely hits the spot when you’re craving good Caribbean-style food.

I really love this establishment and franchise… The customer service was truly amazing and the staff was very friendly… I felt welcomed and was treated very respectful… I ordered the $19.99 Family Deal which is an awesome fix for friends waiting for something great to enjoy.. Tables we’re very unorganized and unclean . Kaio was of no help when trying to order a quesadilla wrap I was told the machine was “not working” and proceeded to laugh and smirk in my face while we were trying to order. I also overheard him say the same about a wrap to someone else behind me in line , when we both saw someone else in the back preparing a wrap for the drive thru. I ended up ordering a tropichop bowl since the wrap machine was “broken” and asked for cilantro garlic sauce from who I would assume was “Lesly” but they weren’t wearing a name tag, and was told they were out of it. When I asked for cilantro garlic sauce from kaio he said there was some in the back and I had to ask if he could get some from the back then please , he brought me back two sauce cups. Food was of close to normal quality that I expect from pollo tropical. Service was just very disappointing and disrespectful could have been completely avoidable.

This location has gone all the way down hill. They routinely forget paid for items. You MUST check that you received everything from your order. I normally order the family whole chicken meal. Only 4 items come with the order. They routinely forget at least one of those items. I finally got fed up with this.
So I called customer service and got routed to a call center! Not the location I ordered from. I went back the next day and requested a have the missing part of my order replaced.
Since I wasted gas money to return to the restaurant. Nicole the manager didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience not even a drink after I politely asked. And explained the situation. They don’t pay attention when filling orders and when you ask them to make it right they have the nerve to have an attitude. No apology no customer service. Will not be returning.

Yummy food. Great selection of Latin cuisine. The tables are small, but the establishment has a great atmosphere. Pollo tropical is a good choice when you are hungry.

I don’t normally write reviews but they have god awful service I put in a large order for my office luncheon. Set for pickup at 12:30 its currently 1:30 and I still do not have my food. I even put the order in at 10am before they opened. They placed one employee on my order and didnt start making it till I walked in at 12:32. I would never ever visit this place again for a group order, they have awful time management skills and lackluster managemnt for not directing alittle more attention to the order of the guest who had to wait a whole hour due to their lack of time management…

Food was good but customer service is not and makes others feel bad and not welcomed. They like to be short and dry with a not so nice attitude and it makes people uncomfortable. Our cashier Keyshia also doesn’t put all her hair in her ponytail and likes to touch everything after touching her hair, honestly she might be new which is why she made my family feel this way. All I see is room for improvement

Grabbed a take out dinner containing family grilled chicken meals – which came with a whole grilled chicken, brown/yellow rice, bread rolls and black beans. We also got the chimichurri tomato, and fries (which are actually wedges) as sides. Considering that this is fast food I was impressed by the quality and flavours of everything, which tasted fresh, non-greasy, and not too salty / saucy. Value wise the prices are quite good for the portions sold. One complaint is that the service sucked… definitely double check that they got your order right before leaving (they missed our fries at first, and this has happened before with our previous orders). We also requested sauce but the worker said they were out of all sauces (she kept repeating “we are all out of sauce” as we asked in disbelief for different pollo sauces) so we got none with our order…. Funnily enough, after a few moments a dining in customer asked for a sauce refill and the same worker gave them more sauce. I was very friendly and understanding, while she looked extremely annoyed when I asked for our missing fries (which we paid for) so I’m not sure if that’s why she was giving me attitude. Overall, great food, questionable service!

I went here today 10/20/25 to purchase lunch. I ordered a chicken wrap meal which costed about $11. I waited about 15 minutes with no complaint. It was pretty busy inside the restaurant. Well the lady gives me my food and I leave and come back to work, as I was on my lunch break, only to find half a meal. Wrap present but no side. Due to me having a limited break I can’t just go back and have them correct it but it sucks to have patiently waited, pay full price but the product I paid for was shortened. Pretty bumpy experience to say the least. I guess that’s just money wasted .
