Loaded potato with grilled chicken
My absolute favorite thing to get!! My food is always fresh and hot when I get it. I even have leftovers. There’s quite a few restaurants in that area that serve Mexican grilled chicken but this place has been around for a while and with guaranteed deliciousness.

First of all drink machine was not working.
Food was very cold.
The chips were steal and my daughters chicken tender we’re burnt.
Manager on site was not very helpful very rude and ever fix the problem. I asked for a new chips and not once did I get any she rolled her eyes and thought it was funny.
I will not recommend this location. I will just stick to the one in Burleson.

Not the cleanest restaurant but the food is good. The cashiers could also be nicer. I understand there is turnaround here. The outside window helps with to-go orders. Go inside for fresh salsa. The prices have gone up, be advised. Good location.

EXCELLENT food and location!! The food at El Pollo Regio is always good, but something about this location, maybe the cooks are a little better, but it is VERY delicious! I went in earlier today for a half chicken, rice and beans and this cute Hispanic lady named Adad helped me out!! She was also very nice and friendly with her service, and in combination with the decor, really helped tie the experience together by making it just as amazing as the food is! Would definitely recommend!!

Pollo Regio is conveniently located on the exterior of the Gran Plaza. We dined in on Thursday night with no wait and quick service. The cashier and floor food deliverer were very hospitable. The food was delicious and the kids left very little to no leftovers.
The only thing I would critical about would be there were some tables dirty in the dine in area.
We ordered the caldo de pollo, barbacoa taco, and the kids ate half a chicken. All very healthy portions and left us very FULL.
We usually have it delivered but wanted the experience of getting all the toppings from the salsa bar.

Pollo regio In general is really great very delicious. The location on Cooper needs some help but did a review and they answered and said they will fix the problem thats why I didn’t give it a 1 star. The fort worth location is so so good. Great chicken really hope it’s not because of the lack of help the Cooper location was how it was.
