I want to recognize the young man Miguel who works at the counter at Pollo Regio. I came in, he is polite, respectful, and very professional. He greets customers with a smile, takes orders carefully, and makes sure everything is correct.

I got drive through and even though I had to wait a little, it was well worth the time for the quality of the food. The flautas were a nice size portion, and the rice and beans were cooked perfectly. And the churros are delicious- I could see myself coming back when I have a hankering just for those. I had Anthony at the drive through and he was fantastic. Will be back!

Went to this place to pick up an order this morning and saw that there was only one cashier in front taking everyone’s order . I used to work for a restaurant and this isn’t how this should be managed . There shouldn’t be just one cashier. The cashier was nice and I didn’t wait for a long time . But the manager shouldn’t be putting just one cashier dealing with everything there. I hope that they don’t keep this up and I see this cashier by herself again. Love the food and the cashier was nice but the manager needs to step it up on putting more people .
