Today my family and I had a terrible experience in this location. We ordered two chickens and they told us that it was going to take 10 minutes to be ready, which was totally ok with us, but after 25 minutes I decided to ask for my order that was not ready yet and the cashier (Mayra) was arrogant and disrespectful not only with me but I also saw how she rudely scream to another employee named Maykol who wanted to help me with my order, I decided to sit down and wait a little longer but after another 10 minutes my order was not ready so I decided to ask one more time and again (Mayra) was aggressive and decided to ignore me and she started talking to another employee. All this time she was wearing gloves and she didn’t stop touching her hair and her face, which looks very bad for a food business. Thank God another employee (Maykol) helped me with my order and that’s the only reason I give two stars because honestly the service was terrible.
