I visited Pollo Regio today for lunch and utilized the drive-thru service. I ordered the half chicken with beans and rice, which is their specialty, and I always opt for the original flavor. This meal is suitable for two. The drive-thru service was exceptional; Tatiana, our customer service representative, was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this establishment because they promptly address any issues with your meal by replacing it without hesitation.

I dislike sour cream very much and they apparently gangbanged my flautas and never brought the towel. Thats all I taste and thats horrible. The last 2 times I ordered the flautas everything was on the side, today it was not, this was a very unfortunate event. So anyways, if you like sour cream this is your place. Staff is really nice. The flautas come out to $15.14, I mean the sour cream topped with flautas comes out to $15.14.

This is our first time to eat here,,,and it was excellent. The food was very tasty, and not too spicy. My husband and I shared a platter, and we had still couldn’t finish it all. And, the employees are very pleasant and helpful. Our cashier was Jason, and he was very helpful helping me decide what to order. We will definitely be back often to try out the other dishes. Thank You Regio Staff. You managers should be very proud!

ATMOSPHERE: Either driving up or dining in… You Will Not Be Disappointed. They really take pride in cleanliness & keeps the parking lot & dining area free of clutter
CUSTOMER SERVICE: I speak POQUITO ESPANOL & guess what… I never have an issue with placing my order or them understanding my special requests. They are so kind & helpful! I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I get here

The size of the potato is HUGE! Big Enough to share or have seconds and at times thirds lol
The meat is seasoned and cooked to perfection
The butter & cheese is always well melted & just right
The grilled jalapeno is the secret weapon here.. just what’s needed & enjoy as you please
**The Pineapple Water is the perfect blend! Just the right amount of sweetness

A few days ago I accidentally placed an online order to this location instead of the one just two minutes from my home. I didn’t mind the drive,but when I arrived to pick up my order ..the bag had been sitting on a small table against the wall next to the front counter. I wish they had kept my order inside a heated box to be kept warm. My local store always does it.

We stopped by to get a large order for an employee staff lunch and they were kind, quick , and polite. We purchased a gallon of agua de horchata and they went above and beyond by giving us a bag of ice. The ladies were so nice and happy to help. 10/10 recommend!!!
