When I have a taste for Pollo Regio I drive all the way to the Carrollton location although the one on Preston is closer to my job. Wendy is usually the one who helps me out and her service is impeccable, she’s awesome!! Not only that the food at this location is very tasty! This was my first time coming to Pollo Regio. I had a ton of questions & the woman at the window was so patient and kind. I ordered a whole chicken and a quesadilla plate for myself and my friends. The chicken was juicy and tender, the plate was more than enough for me to share. The food was fantastic & service 10/10. Now that I know about it, I will come back!

Ordered the carne asada platter and a salad. The meat was so over cooked it was literally inedible and the salad was thoroughly soggy. It’s incredible to me that someone in the restaurant business even allows food to go out the door in that condition. I guess they just don’t care.

Stopped in to get something to go. My son got Burrito meal (sorry no picture, it was too late by the time I asked ) and I got the #8 5 Tacos. Service was great. Ramon was super friendly made sure we had everything we needed with our to go order.
