Food was very good, I’m a sucker for a good meatball and these were good, but not great. Pizza was very good, so was the lasagna. Every single employee was a happy, social, pleasant individual. Enjoyed the meal a lot, but the staff can’t be praised enough.

I’m always horrible at taking that “before” picture. Always got the “after” picture though. I got the steak stromboli and let me tell you.. they made it fresh right there. It came out HOT. It came out DELICIOUS. Top best 5 I’ve ever had. I’ll be back for sure! This is self service. You order the food at the counter and they’ll bring it to your table once done and that’s as far as service goes. Which is ok but just don’t come in here thinking full service. Place looked clean. Nice people. But that Stromboli was on fire!

This was the worst experience in food I have ever had.. it seems to be a pattern in this city of Greensboro North Carolina, very hard to find delicious food.
But this place beat them all as the worst of the worst!.. ordered a delivery the website got one item on the order wrong and then placed the order without me submitting it.. in my attempt to cancel it and reorder, it failed. When speaking with someone at this restaurant named Vince, I ran into bickering, not even 8 min after making this order he said it’s already out the door, with delivery, I knew that wasn’t a good sign. The second order to correct the first orders mistake that should not have been placed, I now have to go through a rigmarole to receive my $41.81 back into my bank account. I felt like he was trying to finagle swindling me out of the money. $35 was paid as well for a mistakened order in which i was talked into accepting because it was on the way, only to find that the chicken wings that were supposed to be buffalo wings were old, had been sitting up in a warmer and dried out, tasted like sawdust and the sauce was ketchup with cayenne pepper seasoning. I am a cook, my family catered and had a restaurant. I know ketchup when I taste it! The side salad was nothing like the picture it was not fresh, not sliced well, served in big chunks and did not serve utensils to cut it up with, it was full of water.The french fries was soggy, none of this food was hot on arrival. I would not recommend wasting money here.

My order was to go. Service was fast and friendly. When I got back to hotel my spaghetti was piping hot but bland. Noodles overcooked. Meat sauce incredibly unremarkable. Honestly some noodles heated for correct time at home lathered in Ragu would be a significant upgrade. Maybe the other menu items are better, but the spaghetti is disappointing. Order something else.

All in all, I just did not like the food. The Italian Sausage I had was bland and subpar. The cheese and marinara made the bread soggy. The fries were really good. Others in my group had slices of pizza. There was very little sauce and cheese on the pizza. The service was fast. The atmosphere is more akin to a 1970’s style diner.

Terrible experience. The manager was very rude. After coming out the bathroom very quickly and coming back to cooking i asked if he washed his hands. He got upset. Made me feel like he didn’t wash them so i asked for my money back. He proceeds to act like im the problem. After i notice him moving my pizza topping around with his hands. No gloves or nothing. This was the second time we had a problem. The first time he got mad because one of his employees gave me some ranch and didn’t ask for me to pay. After me taking a few steps away he turns me back and says where’s your money, so i gave him the ranch back and said keep it. And all this is after i gave him a tip both times. I am a veteran, that felt like my money was not valued at this location. I will be contacting the health department and my bank to get my money back.

Stromboli was excellent. Pizza was tasty. Pasta Alfredo was pleasing for my child but rather expensive for the portion she got. Overall, food was great. Just a quick service type of place. Did not see the need to tip after I did as no one came to check on us and we filled our own drinks and cleared our own table. Just fyi.

This place has a very broad menu, which spans traditional American (burgers, sandwiches, rotisserie chicken…) and Italian (spaghetti, lasagna, calzone, pizza..). The quality & flavor are very good for the pricing. Service is excellent. Although the property seems old, it is normally very clean. One of my favorites for lunch, during the work week.
