I’m pretty sure all these comments are from workers at Pollo campero because I thought it was great. They just opened so give them a minute to get organized. Too much hate from some miserably unhappy people. Disregard these comments except the good ones. This place is great.

Honestly chicken tasted good. Chicken was juicy/tender. Fries were good. I got lucky and did not have to wait too long. If they could just improve the ordering system inside. It was a bit confusing. Customer service was okay.

It was my first time at pinulito. The chicken gizzards and the chicken were crispy, but they could have used more seasoning for better flavor. The fries weren’t bad, personally I prefer Columbus chicken coup for sure. At least I came to support the place, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

It tastes really good, fries are amazing, chicken are perfect, first time eat fried breasts and it doesn’t taste plain midway, the breast flavor was the same at every bite, very well marinated. Very crunchy and not greasy at all. Perfection.

The chicken is really good . I thought it won’t be, I recommend this place , heads up , they have a big line , might take 20-50 minutes to get your chicken , they just need to improve work flow , and better timing executions . But the chicken is bomb . If you don’t want to wait you always have , El toro Del Fuego , Dairy Queen and the pizzeria across the street. It’s was good but just the spicy chicken , went again to try chicken gizzard i paid and waited for 30 min for them to tell we are out of gizzard . Fix your service 0 stars for now

The chicken is okay, but they served it in a paper bag, not a box or a food container—just a bag. They also charge a fee if you pay with a debit card, which is illegal in NJ.
