First time going here but definitely will not be the last. The food is good and fresh. Elotos was so good that I almost ate the whole thing before taking a pic . They give you a lot fir the price and I didn’t have to wait too long for the food to be made. I ordered a pescado frito, camarones taco, y carne asado burrito. Es muy delicioso . Also ordered guacamole y más crema yummy. Highly recommend. You will not be dissatisfied.

Easily the best spot in this area. Tacos were great, tamales were great, chicken was great. If your looking for great food at a great price. Stop by this Peruvian restaurant. I’ve easily ate here about 20 times in two days. lol enjoy

These birria tacos were super good! I’m a very picky eater, I don’t even like tortillas or red meat but let me tell you, these tacos with the juice and a little lime? Delicious! I took away a star because I ordered a lot of things for others and they didnt like the tamales or the plantains, (they enjoyed the steak burrito) I didn’t get the extra guacamole i paid 3$ for, didn’t get many sauces (but hey you could always ask for extra but i was in a time crunch and was starving), and it did take a little long to get my food, but all that was no worries to me, the customer service was amazing the lady was super kind in explaining some of the spanish words to us and being patient with us as we ordered. We definitely will be coming back!

AMAZING FOOD! I ordered a whole chicken, 3 tacos, a burrito, and a steak fajita. 10 out of 10 stars. Maria (she was so nice) helped me with my order along with a young gentleman. Definitely would recommend!!

This place is so good! Got the dark chicken, ayote, and plantains, with a maracuya to drink. The drink was delicious, all of my food was seasoned so good and so flavorful, and my chicken was so tender it fell off the bone

Real proper tacos especially the goat taco special [birria] that is tasty, tender, and lean that comes with an incredible dipping stock. Worth the trip out here for this Mexican specialty that is hard to find.

A MUST if you are looking for delicious birria tacos! Even after more visits then I can count the Birria tacos are still some of the best in the area. The meat is tender and full of flavor. The broth has a good amount of spice that adds even more flavor. They have expended their menu to include; a birria quesadilla, house-made chicharrones, empanadas and a refreshing version of a mangonada. Definitely a Maryland gem.

Food was ok. I was disappointed. The chicken was dry. Empanadas were good. The rice and beans and the corn were eh at best. We also ordered sweet plaintains and they were not sweet and they were burned.

First time? Here’s what to know!

Menu is in English. Staff are great and always have both English and Spanish speakers. Friendly people! Very caring, patient.

Good news: It can get hectic because they get a lot of carryout orders, which means everyone likes them and your food will always be fresh from high turnover.

Wheelchair Accessible, a little tight getting in around the curb in a wheelchair. Bathroom is accessible. The counter is full height.

DELICIOUS! They make other great foods including baleadas! Good for lacto-ovo tummies, or order it ‘sin juevos no crema, por favor’ (without eggs or cream, please).

The chicken–wow!–seemed more glazed than spiced, which was new to me. It was the most juicy, succulent chicken I’ve ever had.

Normally I get extra sauce because I expect the chicken to be dry, I thought it was supposed to be that way. Now I still get extra sauce because it’s great for a million uses and a fair deal at $.40. I combine the two and dip veggies in them, for example.

The yuca comes in big pieces and it’s great that way! Another delightful first for me. It makes serving easy without getting all greasy grabbing a handful or trying to tip a soggy bag onto a flimsy plate.

Arroz y Frijoles (beans and rice) are kept separate until you order them, which keeps it from getting mushy and dry. The dish is mild, a nice contrast to the chicken and sauce. A great protein add.

Mixed veggies are always great. They’re fresh, hot, and cooked well, not mushy. Just right. Season to your own tastes or enjoy the taste of fresh vegetables as they are, which is how I prefer them.

Try the green beans. You’ll never be the same. I would replace popcorn in theatres with these, they’re great munchies. I even like them cold.

I ordered a Family Meal, the whole chicken with two large sides. It was enough for 4 good meals. Everything reheats easily in a microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, stove top, whatever you’ve got, it’s easy. Good nutrition.

They have traditional drinks, snacks and desserts in separate places. Look around while you wait for your carryout order, try something new!

I genuinely hope you’ll enjoy this restaurant. It’s been a great staple in the area for years. When I want comfort food without sacrificing nutrition, I go here. There’s nothing on the menu that I wouldn’t try, and the prices are very much fair.

Slow down and treat yourself to a little feast when you eat here to really savour another culture. Let your body and soul thank you later for the good stuff. 🙂
