My job orders from here all the time but now we are starting to see a difference in quantity of food. $20 for this meal is crazy when I literally get 2 scoops of chaufa. The yucca quality has been down lately and we LOVE the yucca. We have slowed up on ordering because of this. Also when no one is at the register please instruct your kitchen staff to say “Hola como estas” Algo! Just staring at me and talking amongst themselves until the front person realizes someone is waiting there is annoying. Food is good don’t get me wrong but Don Pollo is right down the street and give great portions on sides.

The chicken portions have become smaller and smaller — at this point they should rename the place Pichón Central instead of Pollo Central. The pieces are barely enough even for kids. They keep raising prices while reducing portions, which is really disappointing. The flavor and sides are still good, but the chicken portions no longer justify the cost.

Inside of restaurant was clean, employees seemed friendly. Food came out in a decent time as was on point as well. Did not get chicken but got chorizo tacos and they did not disappoint.
Box appeal was nice and they had a nice selection of drinks. Any place that has coca cola with real sugar and no HFCS is always a winner in my book.
Wish they had more locations near my area. Definitely remembering this if I’m ever in the area again.

Taste was normal nothing out of the ordinary. Chicken was a little raw, i could not eat it all just sometimes people need to cook it longer at a lower heat so it’s fully cooked but sometimes they want everything quick and things like this happens. Great atmosphere great customer service.

I took off three stars because my order was incorrect “Cheese Empanada” instead I got a “chicken Empanda.” Im pescatarian so lucky I caught it early. I was over charged about 50 cents and wasn’t even offered a courtesy bottle of water or something. Probably wont go back but its a clean establishment . I live in Baltimore so not out here often.
