After driving past this place for literal YEARS, I finally decided to give it a try. I’ll say it was worth the wait. It was well seasoned, hot, and freshly made to order, with the exception of the French fries, which were soggy and lukewarm. Thankfully the chicken was the exact opposite. It was crispy and juicy, and after eating a 3-piece, I honestly wanted more. It tastes homemade in the best way possible. I’d recommend this place and will be back again soon.

The food was amazing!! Will definitely be back!! The yuca fries were fresh and amazing!! The chicken nuggets were fresh and hot and soooo good!! Im going back for 2nds lol and there roasted chicken was juicy, fresh and sooo flavorful!! So awesome and amazing!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back again and again!!

Food is alright but the service here could use some improvement. Employees talk and look like they didn’t want to be there. Not asking for them to praise the customers but just putting some effort into not making it look like they got dragged to work. Very little space inside so I’d recommend going drive thru if you do end up coming here. Food is alright fries are salty and thin and chicken is juicy

The fried chicken, horchata, and mango juice was very good. This was actually mine and my wife’s first time trying Pollo Campero. I love the flavor of the chicken. My wife is into the fried chicken and she mentioned that this was one of the best fried chickens that has had from a fast food restaurant. Too bad we live 4 hours from this locatiom and this one is the closest one to us. Anyways we’ll definitely be eating here again when we stop by Atlanta GA. Great and friendly service.

Overpriced for no reason. Paid for two 2 piece chicken meals for $30. They didn’t tell us about the upcharge for getting a breast. Also they didn’t ask what size drink we wanted, but instead charged $4 for a large drink that doesn’t come with the meal . No courtesy. No please or thank you was said to us. Small portion sizes… I wanted to support a small business, but the service and food was subpar so wasn’t worth it.

Overall flavor of the chicken was pretty good. A little bit on the salty and greasy side. However pretty fresh. Yucca fries were delicious. Really enjoyed the empanadas as well. A little bit of a wait for an order in the Drive-Thru, but worth it in the end.

Regrettably, I wouldn’t recommend this chain here in the States. This restaurants are super clean and spacious in Guatemala and throughout Central America… here it was very small, crammed, and didn’t seem to be clean. I didn’t ask for a soda and the cashier assumed and add it to my bill… $3.99 for a soda that cost them $0.15!? They need to ask patrons explicitly and state that there’s an extra charge for soda (or lower the price accordingly, McDonald’s has sodas for a dollar!). The prices for the plates are super inflated.
