This is the closest we’re going to get to Los Pollos Hermanos irl. Having said that is a disservice to the quality and flavor of everything that is offered and served with pride and swiftness. The first time I ate here I watched so many people come and go over the course of an hour. Yes I ate a fried three piece meal and then some and proceeded to order more to bring home and eat to try everything. And you should try everything. Fried and or grilled you can’t go wrong. The nuggets, the plantains, and the pinto beans are practically chilli it’s so tasty and savory. I wish there were one closer to home but anytime I head west on the 10 I stop and grab some chicken.

I had such a great experience at Pollo Campero! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You can really tell they care about providing excellent service. My order was taken quickly, and the food came out hot and fresh in no time.
The chicken is absolutely amazing—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. You can taste the difference in the seasoning compared to other places; it has that perfect balance of spice and flavor that keeps you wanting more. The sides were just as delicious—I highly recommend the plantains and the fries, they were perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
What really stood out to me was how clean and inviting the restaurant was. The atmosphere makes it a great spot whether you’re grabbing food to go or sitting down with friends and family. Everything was well-kept and organized, and I noticed the staff constantly checking to make sure tables were clean and customers were happy.
Overall, Pollo Campero delivered both in quality food and top-notch customer service. It’s rare to find a place that gets both right, but this location definitely does. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending it to everyone I know!

I’m going to get this place a honest rating the customer service was pretty good very friendly the food was lacking Fried Chicken is not really Fried Chicken it’s more like a baked chicken the dinner rolls are cold they don’t really make you want they’re a very basic roll the coleslaw tasted like it had a lot of vinegar in it not very appetizing the chicken also could have been cooked a little bit longer it seems like it’s kind of on the border of not being cooked all the way the plantains I grew up eating plantains and I did not like the way those tasted the french fries were honestly terrible and the flan is mushy and just taste like sugar a real good flan has a caramel taste to it it’s a delightful dessert this was not a delightful dessert and my daughter asked for ranch and one of the containers of ranch was like less than halfway filled up almost like somebody used it and that was like the leftovers of what they had all in all I won’t be back I don’t think that their food is good I don’t think it’s great I think that that place probably won’t last very long it’s not a place where I would go out of my way to go eat here.

We had this chicken at an office party the other day and it was delicious. So I looked up the place and found a special lunch meal with 2 pieces and a drink for $2.99 on their website but when I went in today they said they didn’t have that offer anymore. I noticed they have old pictures and prices from 3 years ago on their website and their current menu prices aren’t what they have posted in their business. I’m very disappointed that they seem to be falsifying their prices on their website. Come on now, you’re a business, somebody needs to take the time to update their website.

Lunchtime with my wife today. I’ve been here a few times with a co-worker and the chicken is gud! The chicken has always been moist and hot and good tasting. The sides are just as tasty. The plantains, french fries, fried yuca, and beans were flavorful. The jamaica and mango drink were good. The cleanliness of the restaurant is good. The bathrooms need some help. There’s usually a funky smell in them and sometimes it comes wafting out of there. That’s why Atmosphere gets 4 stars out of 5. The staff has always been helpful. The price is reasonable compared to everything else. I enjoy this place and will come again.
