I ordered and PAID a 1 spicy chicken sandwich at 714pm – the solo sandwich was ready 20 min AFTERRRR, so it is easier to fulfill 20-30 pcs of chicken than a single sandwich??? If that’s the case, the cashiers should let the customers know how long the wait time will be so that way we can choose to wait or NOT!!! Poor customer service!!!!

The workers inside doesn’t care what happen around and when you ask for your order or have some complaint nobody listen and nobody want to help with good behavior with all staff working are focus just in one activity. Many people wants to cancel their order because many time to wait for that ! My order was for $331.00 and ask for help to bring the food to my car and the answer was we can’t help you, you have to do by yourself !!!

What a terrible service they have as soon as I went to buy and the attitude of the cashier of the most pedantic, very rude I asked her to repeat me and she did it in such a rude way almost calling me deaf, in a bad way if that’s the service of the cashier with that lady called BRENDA they should change staff personally they will not go again they leave much to be desired it’s already been two occasions with the same attitude of that lady it’s definitely not worth the food or the service or the time to waste it there

First time at Pollo Campero … had a 2 piece meal with Horchata and corn salad as a side … the salad was amazing, the flavours mixed well together, the chicken was crispy and tender and juicy … it was full of flavour and not overly spiced … I really enjoyed this quick meal and the Horchata was super refreshing !!!
