This place is an underrated gem in Yukon. The food is great and the prices are great. I love getting their fried chicken. It’s so tasty and juicy. The yuka fries are a great change from traditional fries. Come check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been to the one on 23rd and love the food however i wanted my kiddo to try it for her first time and her sandwich was not cooked all the way. She took a bite and it was pink and she immediately spit it out. I am disappointed in this. Guess I will take her to the 23rd street one

Very clean from parking lot to the bathrooms. Service was attentive and quick. We had a chicken salad, plain chicken sandwich, and a 6-ct nugget. We added mashed potatoes with gravy and yuca fries as our 2 sides. The main entrees were great! Cooked to perfection – even though they claim to be close to homecooking (lol)! The sides, however, were below average. The mashed potatoes were flavorless and a low quality mix. The gravy was just as bland. The yuca fries were just as boring as too chewy for our liking. Now, we’ve never tried yuca fries before, so we don’t know how they are supposed to taste or what texture they are supposed to have. So, even though the sides rate as a 1 or 2 on our scale, the chicken made up for their disappointment. On another note, i don’t talk about fountain drinks much because they SHOULD BE the same virtually everywhere, but the drinks here were also “fresh” and tasty!

Tried this place for the first time 4 days ago and have gone back every day since. Probably going back again today. lol The food and service are fantastic!! Some places do not season the batter for the chicken, this is not one of those places. I have tried both the chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets and they are sooo damn tasty. Very flavorful! I’ve also tried the fries, the campero beans and the campero rice. All very good. Probably my most favorite thing I’ve tried, though, is the chicken empanadas. Goodness gracious, those are good as all get out!! I’ll be trying the campero bowl next. I’m sure it will be delicious! 🙂
P.S. If I could suggest maybe one thing…. mayonnaise packets. The chicken sandwich doesn’t come with mayo, so would be nice to have that option.

I been to pollo campero before but this time was different the moment I got in the staff welcomed me and one of them also gave me a hug and there customer service was fast I order some chicken and I only waited a couple of minutes I saw that the food looked plain but the moment I bit the chicken it was so delicious and it was so yummy I couldn’t stop thinking about it at work the moment I got out of work I went straight to pollo campero.

This was our first visit and we loved everything. As we walked in there was staff cleaning, wiping down tables, and counters. Ordered from a friendly staff member, great menu with lots of options. We got the grilled chicken plate and the fried chicken sandwich. From the chicken to the sides, everything was flavorful, fresh and hot. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and recommend folks to give them a try. We will be back.
