Wow! Good thing I ordered double size of yucca because if I didn’t I wouldn’t have gotten anything. And we didn’t get any chicken breasts because we have to wait longer than 25 minutes. All of this cost more than 35. Honestly very unsatisfied.

I came to this place on thursday afternoon. I have no complaints about the food (I really love pollo campero). Although the cashier’s service is terrible; that young man has no idea what customer service is! But besides that, my comment is about the air conditioning.
I simply couldn’t enjoy my food because of the horrible heat in that place. It’s truly inhumane to have all that staff without air conditioning.

I wanted to order a 20 piece fried chicken, but they told me they couldn’t fry anymore because it was 9:20. THE STORE CLOSES AT 10. So then I asked for the 12, and they told me there was not enough fried chicken. I told them, give me a half grilled and half fried. Multiple people came into the store after I ordered and they had to fried more chicken because there was no more. Then when I get home, I notice they only gave me EIGHT pieces when I told them 12. They also gave me a burnt chicken. Never going again.

The food here is very good. I ordered a leg and a thigh, rice, Empanada, and guava juice. Everything was yummy. Customer service is great but the service is very slow. They just opened recently so I’ll give them sometime to make adjustments to their speed but overall. Good!

First time trying this place and I couldn’t have been more regretful. I got the 3 piece “ slow roasted” grilled chicken meal. First off receiving my order It looked OK until i actually tried to eat it. The chicken was very pink throughout ALL the pieces which instantly disgust me. It boggles my mind that they specify slow cooked in the description but it was very much so Undercooked! The side of rice that i chose for the meal was pretty minuscule. 3 whole big pieces of chicken 2 thighs and a leg to be exact – should come with a larger side if you ask me. Served with a little tortilla that didn’t get cooked. What a waste of money and horrible first impression.

The customer service is perfect. A young man helped me at the cashier and I loved the service he gave me and my family. The food is good. The only bad thing is that there are a lot of homeless people and that ruins the experience of eating at the restaurant because they bother the customers. One of them bothered me and my family and he smelled really bad and wouldn’t leave us alone. They should do something about the homeless people, but from there everything is fine. The restaurant is very clean, the service is perfect. I would go back, but I hope the same thing that happened with the homeless people doesn’t happen to me.

This location is absurd! I placed my order on the App In order for it to be ready in advanced Since phone orders if they ARE NOT PAYED it will not be made. 4 piece mix and a chicken sandwich with fries and Mac and cheese and a roll! When I arrived I went to the pick up section and the cashier never acknowledged me because they were not there !!!! Then I just waited to see if anyone would tend to me little did they know I speak Spanish too; all they were doing was gossiping away and the cashier Carlos had to keep getting called to the front by the lady packing the food ! How

Please don’t waste your time nor your money! Their prices are outrageous too and their “combos” don’t come with a drink you pay 3.50$ additionally for a cup. I asked for a refund and they denied it I took the food and gave it away to a homeless man outside.
