Pretty laid back as for an early summer Sat dinner. Went to cou ter to order and got my order pretty quickly. I had the 1/2 chicken with fries and salad. Was pleased with all this. Yum!

I would say it’s not employees fault but management. The food is very low quality. This is not to be called a restaurant. No one liked the chicken in my house had to throw it away. I just lost $30 bucks and they will never see a dollar from me. I want to Make sure that if you go There it’s at your own discretion. Not Recommended.

HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had ordered on uber a lomo saltado and also a half chicken with rice and salad, the salad came FROZEN and the chicken came so overcooked and tasting like it was made from days ago, same thing with the rice and it was also really stale. The lomo saltado was completely worse, the meat taste like cardboard and had a texture of gum which means it’s probably been spoiled which is UNACCEPTABLE. We had called and the lady who had picked up the phone was inconsiderate and tried making excuses for why the food tasted so horrible and just kept saying “i will tell the owner ok bye. ok bye. ok. bye. “ and just rudely hung up the phone. I DO NOT recommend this place at all, as a peruana myself, i am so disappointed on how poorly this food was made and how poor the customer service is. around the corner is a buffet/deli called Melissa’s and although they aren’t peruvian their food is extremely amazing and at a lower value then what this place sells. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

This had to be one of the most disgusting and low quality food I’ve ever ordered and that is no exaggeration. If you like your food seasoned then save your money because this place uses none, not a union or garlic in sight, no salt, not even pepper. The steak was so grey and dry it felt like I was eating an unseasoned flip flop, the spaghetti with pesto sauce I couldn’t even bring myself to swallow, never have I ever had pesto sauce be so bland, I’m literally in disbelief. The beans were ( you guessed it) bland, straight out the can and no seasoning added. The most simple thing I was able to swallow by drowning them in ketchup were the soggy bland fries. My husband had bland rice that he could not eat and soggy fried chicken that he managed to take a couple of bites from because we had been starving. Which btw we put in our order at 7pm and they delayed our food, it was on “prep” mode for over an hr, so we didn’t actually get our food till minutes to 9pm. With all that prep time I was expecting not only that the food would be good but exceed expectations considering we waited 2 hrs for it. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to a homeless person on the street because they would honestly deserve better.

I visited this restaurant by suggestion of a friend while in town attending a local wedding, I am from Michigan. I have to tell you I have never tried Peruvian cuisine before but I left amazed. During the week that I was in town, I ate at this restaurant about four times, even forcing some friends to come with me and turning them into fans as well. Everything that I tried was outstanding and the prices were great. My favorite was the chicken and steak. They were undergoing some renovations at the time but the atmosphere made me feel at home. The staff was very friendly and I would recommended them to everyone. I have even had them ship chicken and some other items to where I live and the delivery was very prompt. Keep up the great work 🙂

Hello, to the chef and waitress =) my family and we decided to try the grilled chicken in this restaurant and we liked …. the taste of chicken is good-natured …. the rotisserie chicken is fabulous, Great attention, I do not know why they say that the attention is bad. we are also a big family and that is why we have to wait a little longer. I come here often and I know it’s not just me, they also have phone orders to do but the wait has its benefits… certainly is richer than other restaurants we’ve been in Port Chester.

My husband and a co-worker of his had been going here for a number of years and the food was always consistently good. The food quality had changed over the last couple of months and didn’t taste the same. More importantly was when my husbands co-worker and his family went there over a month ago only to experience a couple of mice running around while eating. This should be addressed accordingly.

This place has the worst rotisserie chicken that I’ve had. It was over salted and heavy on garlic. The hot sauce was inferior to all the other really great Peruvian restaurants in Port Chester. The portions were plentiful which helps earn them the two starts. But so many other great places to eat in PC, I would skip this place
