this food SUCKS 3 tacos for 12 dollars Man there aint even cilantro On the tacos just an Oily greasy mess. Im so dissapointed And the birra sauce Aint even have NO FLAVOR . 0/10 Do not order from here. Also them folks on the phone are so impatient. I called once, said what i wanted & got hung up on, i called again to make sure they placed my order. I get there and theres 2 orders. And then they get annoyed that i only wanted ONE order…. To avoid that confusion, why dont u let us finish the convo before u hang up Cuz i wasnt sure if u got my order or not. and before someone ask… The language barrier is not a problem, i can speak spanish as well. theyre just impatient and couldnt wait and make sure they got my order right.

Amazing! Food was sooooo tasty and staff friendly. Very busy at lunch during the week. Birria sauce was fantastic.

There’s something odd about this place. I think they might be doing something illegal with the food because it’s so good. The tacos are amazing. The tamales are out of this world. The churrasco, people would go to war over. This place is probably doing some kind of mind control experiment to make people like their food and it’s working. So eat here if you would like to be the test subject of a mind control experiment and eat some delicious, healthy food in a great atmosphere.

My daughter ordered a door dash from her and shared a taco with me. This was one of THE best tacos that I’ve ever had. This is a gem of a restaurant. I will continue to try out more of their menu and will say that this is truly authentic food that is excellent!

This food was exceptional and made from scratch. The Birria Pizza has become one of my top choices at Mexican restaurants, and the accompanying dipping sauce is truly remarkable. Its unique flavor sets it apart from others in the industry, making it a standout dish that surpasses expectations.

Holy $h!t. I’ve driven by this place many times and have always thought about stopping and today was the day I did. SO glad! There were a few native Spanish speakers picking up food when I got there and everyone looked at me like I was out of place. That’s when I knew I was in for a treat!

I’ve eaten my fair share of tacos in my day and the ones I got today were among the best I’ve ever had, if not the best…certainly the best I’ve had in this state.

I ordered pollo, carne, and Al pastor. They come 2 tacos per order. I was expecting the street taco sizing but these were pretty big and stuffed with meat. Topped with traditional white onions and cilantro and came with a sliced avocado, a lime wedge, and salsa verde for the chicken and steak and salsa rojo for the Al pastor.

I started with the chicken and was shocked at how flavorful the freshly grilled chicken was. Nice sized chunks of deliciously seasoned moist chicken. Rather than housing both pollo immediately (which was very hard to do) I decided to go to the steak next.

Let’s get this out the way, I did not love the steak. It wasn’t bad but if the steak were cut against the grain it would have been better. Also, compared to the other two selections, the steak was just not as flavorful.

From the steak I moved onto what is usually my favorite, the al pastor. Something about that seasoned pork and the contrasting sweetness of the pineapple knocks it out of the park for me. Tres Amigos did not disappoint here either! There was an interesting spice in their pastor that I just couldn’t put my finger on. Something cinnamony but that wasn’t it. I’ll have to go back to try to sort it out…can’t you tell how upset I am about having to go back, lol.

If anyone is on the fence, please just try it. It does give off greasy spoon vibes for sure but I’ve found those type of spots have the best hidden gems. This is no exception.

I cannot wait to bring my friends here and I hope this review encourages you to try this place and support a local small business.

I left by telling the lovely lady who cooked my food that “Mi español es muy malo, pero la comida era muy buena!” She smiled and said “gracias.”

Hasta luego, Tres Amigos!

We have tried their food several times and have never had huge complaints. Their quality has seem to be going down in recent times however. For example, my das got breakfast and his tortillas weren’t even well cooked! I mean what kind of Salvadoreñas are you if you can’t even make tortillas? My das called them “chambonas.” I no longer go because it seemed the prices kept changing and the portions too.

Do I recommend it? Not really unless you’re stuck. Either than that, go elsewhere.

Where to start?… I will say given their prices, the food is fair which why i wouldn’t rate it below 3 stars but would say it’s a solid 3.5 bc it’s not like “out of this world”. I ordered some pupusas de frijol con queso & they were dryyyy which was a bit upsetting. I decided to give the birria tacos & birria ramen a try; The birria ramen is so heavy on the consume that it was just too strong to eat but with some improvement it could be solid. Now, the birria tacos were something else, well worth it 100% as it had the perfect ratio of meat, queso, & el consume. Lastly, tried out las baleadas & for the price, you best believe i’ll be going back as it now only costs less than $10 for 2, but it has the right amount of beans, crema, meat of choosing, egg, avocado, & the perfect tortilla that isn’t overpoweringly heavy. That said, place is worth believing in if they improve on the areas they lack in but prices are unbeatable.

Food is decent and nicely priced. However the workers don’t speak English well and they always seem to be in so much of a rush that it affects their work ethic. They got my order wrong today. That’s 21 dollars down the drain. The workers are also quicker to serve their Spanish speaking customers and are a bit rude. I would skip this place if I were you.
