BEST coffeehouse IN BRYAN. Great to be able to read the Bible over cup of coffee and see other patrons and employees doing the same.

Polite is not an incidental brand name. It is deliberate and welcome.

Take heed, coffeehouse owners and baristas.

This place services long lines with efficiency and ease because they have more than 1 machine and can afford multiple counter attendants. The quality of the beans is there, too.

Order the latte, really tasty coffee. Coming from Toronto and really loved the environment. Very cute and polite staff and helpful. They were very fast and it was pretty busy! Had to get a sticker! They have some nice specialties that I haven’t seen! Recommend this place in the area.

They really are Polite! The staff were super friendly and the people were too. They were more than happy to recommend drinks to me, and had a warm and friendly vibe when talking to them.

The environment is unique and extremely uplifting with decorations everywhere that affirm kindness a good attitude. Im from Austin, and this really reminds me of one of those unique businesses that make a city special.

Definitely coming back!

The atmosphere was so nice much better than some of the other local spots I’ve visited, parking wasn’t too bad there was plenty of space though getting to the actual location was a little difficult but that’s on par for downtown Bryan. The coffee itself was so good I got an iced garden party with oat milk, and though I couldn’t tase the lavender or sage much I was happy with the taste of the espresso itself. The oat milk they used was pretty high quality as well. The music they played was great fit the vibe they were going for sure. The employees were very sweet and patient with all the people in front of me who seemed to have many questions. I will definitely be back to try some of their traditional options and other flavor combos!

My wife and I took a weekend trip to some cabins near here (about 20 min away) and during the mornings we wanted to get some coffee and pastries.

We visited this place based on the reviews and pictures as the inside looked quaint.

It’s a very nice location and it seems to be very popular with the students in the area as it was packed with them. Made me feel old and I am only in my 30s! Reminded me of the days when I was in school and would meet up with friends to study (and get no studying done).

Overall a really good location to enjoy a book , catch up with friends, or *study* for your finals.

Service was fine and the coffee and pastries we ordered were very good. We ended up coming twice in a day for some late evening cravings.

I love it when cafes actually care about the nitty-gritty of coffee, instead of just speeding through the process. This cafe roasts its own beans (yummy beans by the way), pulls delicious shots, has good service and a unique ambiance (it’s in a house), and has good baked goods to accompany your drink. Highly recommend the cortado here, as it is more of an experience than a drink. A++

The baristas were so kind! I got a gingerbread iced latte and it was delicious. I had never been here before so it took me a minute to scope out where I could park and that the coffee shop was in fact inside this beautiful home but I would come back again.

I love this coffee shop because it offers different options for customers. You can sit inside to study or outside to chat with friends and enjoy a sunny day!

They also have a delicious menu. I’d recommend the cappuccino with a dessert. Actually, last year they gave me a free coffee—I’m not sure why, but those kinds of things happen there!

Tucked inside a beautifully preserved vintage house, this coffee shop is more than just a place to grab a drink — it’s an experience. From the moment you step onto the creaky wooden floors and hear the quiet hum of conversation under high, timeworn ceilings, you feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
The charm of the old architecture is matched by the warmth of the atmosphere: cozy nooks and antique furniture.
Staff were friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy the space as much as the customers did.

Whether you’re a lover of coffee, vintage charm, or just want a quiet escape from the usual, this spot is well worth a visit.

An absolutely stunning coffee house that is a coffee store literally built into a house. It is a full immersion place with rooms and beautiful decor, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. It is quite literally a plot of land with a house that has been converted to a coffee house – it has a yard, a gazebo, different rooms with different study spots. On top of all this, the coffee is good and there’s a unique range of choices to pick from. I would definitely recommend this a must try coffee spot in College Station-Bryan.
