Their Rasberry and Rum goes perfectly with the scenery!
Our waitress was super friendly and attentive but the food delivery was exceptionally slow.
It wasn’t enough to expect food to be redone but if i could go back I’d kindly mention it seems watered down and not enough flavour. Admittedly, I was hungry as hell and i like to eat. Other than this I will give it a go when I’m back again. For you guys reading the review at Poli, just make sure your good chef is tasting the sauces for that full thick lemon butter flavour everyday.
Excellent money and value ratio. Sea views par excellence. Will go back there anytime
Vibe? Very chilled. Service? Service? Disinterested. Chef spotted in shorts and plakkies—okay, it’s January, it’s hot and humid, but a little polish wouldn’t hurt.
Starter of octopus came with parsley oil instead of parsley pesto as advertised. Flavour okay, but 2 tiny tentacles for the price? Felt skimpy. Thick parts were chewy. Or maybe I just don’t understand the complexities of Octopus?
Mains: I had the Spanish paella, partner had the prawns. Prawns were perfect—tasted them for comparison. No contest, he got the better deal. The paella looked more like briyani than Spanish: tiny meat/seafood hidden in rice (1 prawn, 1 slice of chorizo, 3 baby octopus, 10 chicken pieces). A big bowl of yellow rice was presented. I couldn’t see any protein to start with and almost sent it back.
They could almost get away with the same rice-to-meat ratio if they actually plated it like a real Spanish paella: crusted rice at the bottom, protein on top, looking yummy.
Flavour okay, but presentation and portions need serious work. Could be great with a few tweaks.
The food is truly next level, hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. The portion sizes are incredibly generous without compromising on quality, and every dish is prepared with exceptional attention to detail. From presentation to flavour, everything feels thoughtfully crafted.
The service is just as impressive: attentive, friendly, and professional, making you feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. It’s one of those places where every little detail has been considered, and it really shows. A must-visit for anyone who loves sushi, seafood, and an unforgettable seaside dining experience.
