Prices were great for the portions. The 2 younger waitresses were super friendly and helpful! Love to see their smiling faces :). Open Mondays, when some other places aren’t. Breakfast, lunch and dinner items.

Who knew that this little divy appearing joint in Coalville, UT would be so good? Holy smokes. Best breakfast I’ve had at a diner in a very long time. High quality ingredients and very delicious. We had the biscuits and gravy, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, really good bacon, fresh shredded hashbrowns, and wonderful pancakes. Their Mexican food absolutely looks on point, too. Neighboring tables had asada fries, a smothered burrito, and a chalupa looking thing, and it all looked authentic and so good. If I had seen those before I ordered, I definitely would have ordered Mexican food, but the breakfast was sooo good, so I have no regrets! The service was awesome, too! It appears to be family run, and they’re doing it very, very well.

Trying to find a bite to eat in this area was difficult, to say the least. The outward appearance of the building at first glance had us opting for somewhere less, “small town,” but everything was closed outside of driving 30 minutes for lunch.

There are not a choices of places to eat in this town. This is a one of the 3 lunch options. They are very busy at lunch time for a Friday. Food was fresh. They have outside seating for when it is warmer. Good place for Tex-Mex or Breakfast.

Surprisingly good Mexican food. We particularly enjoyed the Gordita. Fried mushroom is great. Their burgers and shakes are pretty good as well.

We went to Utah on a resort exchange. This town was the one that was the closest to us. So we wanted to grab a lunch and google brought up the few there my husband thankfully picked this place. Both people we had interactions with were so nice. Simple little restaurant. With a big menu and Many shakes! I tried their Oreo w/peanut butter..YUM! I got their smothered pork burrito. Omg soooo good! I asked for red and green sauce. They smothered in green sauce, but gave me a side of red. Both sauces were soooo flavorful with chunks of pork. Highly recommend! Great find. Pic of Coalville sign, when entering town. Other pic is from the restaurant. Food smelled so good forgot to photo my yummy burrito

We were pleasantly surprised when we found this place. There weren’t many choices in town so we just dropped in. The food was great. The service was great. The owner was sitting in the dining area and he was great to talk to.

New to Utah my boyfriend and I wanted to eat while we were out exploring when we came across the Polar King. We both ordered Tortas with fries and man.. The fries are fresh cut straight out the fryer and they are some of the best fries I’ve had. The tortas were pretty basic but veryyy delicious and flavorful (especially the carnitas). The bill was pretty cheap and the ice cream was yummy. We will definitely be back! So glad to see a mom & pop shop surviving in a small town post covid.
