I went here because I was working in the area and it was HOT! So I went and grabbed a quick icy. I ordered a large multi flavored one and it was 5 bucks. Had a nice texture and very flavorful. Better than those Weezer trucks.

Food color is used a lot, and so are artificial flavors and sugar. All is very sweet and rather has the taste of industrial ice cream. This is probably what one expects from a coastal ice cream store. We usually target more artisanal stores that use more fresh ingredients and more natural flavors, which is why I subtracted one star. But for those who anticipate and expect an American ice cream parlor, this is a good place to go. And the prices are very reasonable. There is some limited seating in the rear parking lot, but there are tons of mosquitos, so it won’t be much fun to have ice cream after the beach when the sun starts setting.

Best ice cream in the area, hands down. It reminds my husband of Hoffman’s, although he says Polar Bear makes a much better s’mores. Their portion sizes are great and the staff is always super friendly.

I have to be honest, we love their ice cream, but haven’t been in a while. We brought our family from out of town, not realizing it is cash only, and none of us had cash. It’s a shame. Would be easier if they at least had an atm on the property.

Nice roadside ice cream stand. Has benches in the back for you to enjoy your frozen treats before getting back on the road. Really convenient location. You can hop off the road after a day at the beach, enjoy a snack, and get right back on the road. Has ices, ice cream, floats, milk shakes, sundaes, and more. Reasonably priced and large portions.
