Wow wow wow. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. The service was absolutely amazing. Victor was very personable. The rest of the staff was so attentive as well. We never needed anything. The food was SO INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS . The wine selection was great. And the atmosphere was cute and chic and lively and beautiful.

This was truly a surprise. We’re local and had driven past this place so many times had no idea how nice it was. The experience was great. The staff is really friendly and attentive. Victor our waiter was absolutely the best! Food was delicious! The place has a very nice vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed the birthday dinner. Definitely agree with the other reviews, go check out the hotel side it’s a wonderful surprise. The receptionist was so friendly and shared some history with us. We’re definitely coming back.

Chef Daniel Godinez is amazing. The food is sooooooooo yummy. The Martinez is a delicious vodka drink. And I love my vodka. Their filet Mignon and prime rib are to die for. Polanco is a fine dinning Mexican eatery and steak house. It is fantastic. The place is ever so pretty, inside and out. Parking is easy.
Once seated a wonderful server comes to get your drink order and you have time to read the menu. The service here is great. They take good care of you and clearly want you to be happy and comfortable.
The food is just the best. We have been a few times now. We love their mussels and all of their seafood. Their steak and lobster is prefect.
This is fine dinning so it is pricey, but it is all worth it. They have a full bar and a nice wine list.
They have anything you might want for dinner. Their tacos, beef or fish are amazing and we love their salads.
Our favorite are their steaks. Cooked exactly as ordered and some of the sides are great. Any steak is great and as a group we had tried them all. Their filet is my favorite.

At first, when I arrived, I wasn’t sure about the location. Let me tell you, when I went inside, I felt like I was in CDMX close to the zocalo. Every drink the waiter recommended was on point, and my favorite was the diablito. Callo de hacha aguachile was good. Surf and turf was delicious. Again, the location was amazing

Quite but full Atmosphere, my Queen wanted to come back to Ayers Hotel for our 24 year Anniversary. we love the decor and the feel of old luxury. Polanco is attached to the main hall and provided an excellent experience, and the food is worth the premium if you value quality. The staffing on both sides helped us have a wonderful experience. Great service! Victor was a great waiter! Wonderful atmosphere! Beautiful hotel. We live local and didn’t realize how beautiful the hotel was, so much history, be sure to walk around lobby area and read the history. Back to the food, everything was tasty, very flavorful. Chorizo short ribs, and lobster enchiladas were amazing. Fun birthday celebration too!

Shrimps al mojo de ajo as appetizer, horchata and Oaxacan coffee ice cream as dessert.
Oh and some really good Mezcal drinks.

Recommend the mussels in sauce… by far the best. Taco de chicharron were good and they came in with little tortillas. Shared meat combos with different cuts of steaks… all was delicous.
Inside a hotel. The restaurant looks normal from the exterior… but inside its beautiful. You will be pleasently surprised. Great photo spots for you and your guests
