The food was so fresh. The lady who helped serve was personable and friendly, the guy was not. When we arrived there was a long line and the workers just kept stacking things. Eventually, they told us we need to fill out a paper to order. I loved the Cali mix and was surprised at the side of these bowls. The food itself was delicious and I highly recommend even if the cashier didn’t seem too eager to be there.

I was disappointed with my visit due to finding fish bones in three pieces of salmon in my poke bowl. While the other ingredients were flavorful, encountering bones in the fish was off-putting and raised concerns about their kitchen’s attention to detail.

Many restaurants are great, few changes the way you eat. To me, Poki is one of such places. I don’t like raw fish before. They changed me using their magical sauce and abundant add ons. The bowls are an affordable option to get various sea food. They are healthy and look great. Last but not least, I still remember their professionalism in treating my allergy. They searched for the instruction to help me figure out which one is shell fish and what might be contaminated by shell fish. Highly recommend!

The poke is pretty good but at our first time at the La Jolla location, both bowls were only filled up barely half way and we were told we would need to pay extra to have more rice put in. Idk if this is normal but this was what we got for almost 20 dollars per bowl. North park location usually gives way more for some reason.

A little bit on the pricier side, but worth it. They have minced lobster, scallops, salmon, spicy tuna, octopus as their choices for scoops of protein. You can save a little bit of money by not getting all the toppings as they are 50 cent each, but even with most of the toppings it was still worth it just due to their availability of good protein choices. I came here after the movies on a Sunday night around 7 when it got busy so it took awhile to get my order. Hands down one of the best poke places I have ever been too. Would definitely come back.

I got here around 7pm and waiting in a pretty long line. I think it was about 25 minutes total before I ordered. The fish was really fresh and they offer a lot of different toppings. I got the poke mild sauce and the spicy Mayo. However I do not think their spicy Mayo is got me at this location.
