Pokeworks is my go to poke spot!! I love how customizable it is and we always have a pleasant time. The employees are always welcoming and are the reason we always come back. Mindy is so sweet and always gets my order right!

$20 for a half empty bowl feels insane, this is meant to be the large 3 proteins option. I have been to other locations, have never received this size portion. Customer service was good, fish is fresh, portions are terrible.

After years of eating at Pokeworks, I can no longer justify eating here. Portion sizes, especially today, continue to get smaller (I noticed others commented on that as well here). I had to ask the worker if two proteins were in there because it was that bad. With rising costs, the price to value just isn’t there anymore, sadly.

Placed an order for pick up. Walked in and it was ready to go. It was my first time here but it was very clean when I walked in. The food was sooooo delicious. My coworker and I, devoured our bowls! Will definitely be back!

I was helped by two associates today! I know one was a young asian lady on her first day in training and another was black with her hair up in a bun! Both ladies were friendly, considerate, and very generous with my portion. I’m writing this review because my experience at Richardson and Plano is not as half as good. Their customer service was impeccable and I will be returning to their business!

This is the best poke place in Dallas! The service was amazing. It was empty when I came, so I could look at all of the options. A large bowl ($16) comes with 3 scoops of protein. It is a great protein to rice combo so you don’t feel cheated when paying. The best thing about here is that they ask you how much sauce you want (like light, medium, heavy) and I always have that problem when ordering poke in Dallas, is that the bowl always seems so dry. It is odd that you can get basically unlimited sauces, but if you want any on the side it’s .50c, I guess that’s to cover the price of the plastic containers, but you shouldn’t need any extra, unless you second guess yourself like I did. There is so many toppings (mostly free but masago is .50 c extra) and it’s a good portion you get as well. I did do the combo and got the delicious miso soup and a canned drink. I love it here! Finding it was a little difficult with Google maps, since I didn’t realize that it was in the middle of a shopping center area, but walking there I was able to see some art and other restaurants I will be trying. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been to so many poke places but nothing beats Pokeworks!! (especially the one in Walnut Hill). Everything is always clean and well prepared. Service is amazing. I tend to go in the weekends and a young girl named Mindy always gives me the best customer service– well attentive and kind. I highly recommend trying it out!

This was my 1st visit and I was pretty excited to try it not having found a Poke restaurant since recently moving to Dallas. After browsing the menu, I decided to try the Spam roll and a custom Poke bowl. I chose the Kale noodles as my base for my bowl but wished they also offered spiral zucchini noodles. My two proteins were ahi tuna and spicy salmon. Going through the toppings, the offerings were sparse with barely any cilantro or kale available and the cabbage looked dried out. The taste of my finished bowl was great and I did enjoy the Kale noodles. The fish was fresh but the spicy salmon wasn’t very spicy. The Spam roll was also tasty and I would order it again. All washed down with a glass of their non sweet tea my meal was complete. I will definitely give this place a 2nd shot and hope the employees are more enthusiastic as maybe they were all having an off day.

We have been here several times and each time has been consistently good. We usually get the regular bowls which come with a choice of 2 proteins. All the ingredients seem fresh. We tried the musubi (spam wrapped in seaweed and rice) and it was unique, but good. We took our 3 year old with us last time. They don’t have a lot of options for kids (understandable), but she enjoyed the pasta salad. We will definitely be back.
