We had a concern for cross contact for gluten. Marcel was able to grab for the back for us to make us more comfortable. Marcel is super friendly and trained very well in allergens. Really disappointing experience at Pokeworks The service was slow, the staff wasn’t very welcoming, and the bowl didn’t taste fresh. Portions felt small for the price, and overall it just wasn’t worth it. I expected much better quality.

I had the yuzu ponzu salmon. Had them torch it and it was so so yummy. The mango coconut refresher was also a perfect balance of mango and coconut. I didn’t catch their names but the two young men who assisted our group were awesome! Super nice and answered our questions patiently. 10/10 would swing by again when in Burlington.

Music is loud in the restaurant and we had to order off this tablet thing which took a long time for my family of 4 to order off of. Staff was confused about our order and made one bowl ahead of the order, but then quickly apologized and got the rest of the order out right away. Food was pretty good if you like poke is worth a try

Food is great. Only issue we wanted to share with the restaurant is not all of our bowls were complete. One was noticeably smaller than the others and did not include even portions of each item (i.e., order half salad half rice and there were only a couple pieces of lettuce and other toppings were very sparingly added). One bowl left an ingredient out all together. Tasted good though.
